Myself and my daughter were contacted and asked to go through a paternity test,(unimaginable)however my correspondence with this company was second to none,customer service was amazing,and handled this case with absolute respect.as it says a very difficult thing to be asked to do in the first place.Any email I sent was answered promptly and with fabulous understanding.so for what was not a very nice situation to be in I was put at ease by the team. When we telephoned to check a couple of details we were the lady was very polite and helpful. We ordered online and the kits arrived at the two different addresses the next day. We received emails when each kit had been received back and again when they had been sent off to the lab for testing. On the email confirmation of the kits being sent for testing we were quoted a date and an hour time range when we would receive the results, which was 7 working days later. We actually received the results after 5 working days.
We received nothing but excellent service. Would recommend their services without any hesitation.

Having read all that was necessary from this companies literature, I proceeded to fill in their forms; which were easy to understand. The company E-mailed when they had received them, and told me the testing would start the next day: they further said that I could expect the results in my E-mail 1 week later. They duly arrived in the morning of the given date. The whole procedure was uncomplicated, and I would recommend them to any that asked for my advice on where to go for DNA testing..

Great fast results. Peace of mind with results which were very clear easy to understand. Painless medical process. Good telephone customer services department for enquiries. Just make sure you fill the blood sample tubes right to the top !
