Overall I'm pretty happy with my new chair. It came in a timely fashion, no damage to the box or product itself. No missing parts either. Height of the back and the foot rest is a bit short for my liking.

With the back it's more of a "neck rest" than a head rest. I'm about 5'10"/11". It's not so short where I can't use it tho. Same idea with the foot rest. It doesn't reach my ankles but I can't really complain that much considering when the foot rest is put away its out of the way enough that it's not noticeable.

Overall I am satisfied with my chair, it's a bit short for my liking but it's 100% an upgrade over my old chair.

Customer support holds this company back.

Little time consuming. Pretty good desk overall. The instructions are pretty easy to figure out.

When I received my package I was missing half the chair. I have been waiting on replacement parts for a week now. And y’all still haven’t even shipped them back. Was told to wait 1-3 business days for an update and it’s been 3 days I haven’t heard back

Order had prompt shipping and delivery. Chair is in excellent condition. The only thing I wish was different was that the seat was a bit thicker.

The GTRACING velvet chair is the absolute best when it comes to comforting materials. It’s been a month and some change and it still looks brand new. The desk is reliable and sturdy. A great addition to my new setup.

Love the chair and features but I just wish it was a little bigger? Wider? Im a bit bigger than average and when I sat in it I felt like it was too small. Otherwise absolutely love it. I guess i should have looked at that before ordering.

No cushions on the armrests. Big, hard area where your legs hang off the seat that is constantly hurting. Just not comfortable.

It was good, Just add lock tite to all the bolts and it makes it worth it. Mine kept coming loose but the extra hour in takes to put together doing that makes it a million times better!!!

Good quality and fast shipping

The Chair I ordered arrived quickly enough, was easy enough to put together, functions well and looks good. After a few days using it however I have come to have some issues with it. 1st, the seat itself could be a tad more pliable, the seat edge is pretty stiff and becomes uncomfortable after a while using the chair. 2nd; it would be nice if the armrests had about a half inch more distance on either side from the seat and was padded all the way down along the inner edge because the hard plastic presses again my outer thighs when sitting with my legs spread naturally. 3rd; it would be nicer if the lower lumbar pad was actually mounted to the chair back with Velcro because I have to manually place it against the square of my back as I sit down, then reposition it regularly as I move or lean in the chair. 4th and last is the neck pad, which also needs to be on some form of Velcro because like the lumbar pad I have to manually reposition it every time I sit down and reposition it regularly as I lean forward or turn my head.

Answering my questions, & great getting what I needed ordered. But I'm still waiting for my tool set. Why is it taking so long to receive my order,,?

Springs that allow the reclining back to function basically exploded. The pin that holds them together has no way of holding it in and so it backed out. Absolutely unacceptable for a chair that costs this much money.

I placed my order on 3/17, received the chair around 3/22 with 2 left arms. I contacted customer service on 3/23 to let them know we had an incorrect piece and have still not received the correct piece. Ive reached back out a couple times checking the status of this and they just keep saying the warehouse hasn’t gotten it sent out yet. It’s now going on almost a month that I ordered the chair and received it and can’t use it to its desired purpose. Extremely disappointing

Chair is comfy and I like the reclining feature being fully adjustable. My only complaint would be that the seat could be an inch or so wider.

Love everything about the chair, design, comfortability, and specially the built in speakers, the sound quality is amazing, with 3d sound that it's just captivating
Definitely a very good brand 💪🏼
