This is not a true statement. We are highly regulated here in the UK. Our Castor Oil is Soil Association Certified Organic and is produced, from source, in India. (Licence no. CC14282)
Cold pressed Castor Oil is very light in colour with a honey consistency and has very little scent.
You are confusing it with the darker, Jamaican Castor oil, they roast the seeds before extracting the oil giving it a dark colour and a nutty scent, this is used a lot in hair care. Please contact us or educate yourself before leaving a review
