All around great place to store for any length of time. I stored stuff there for over 2 years, without issue or hassle. The only reason I gave them 4/5 stars is that it is a little pricey. That being said, you get what you pay for :-)

I have used other storage facilities and this one is the best by far, the security is outstanding, the facility is clean and well kept.
Best of all Alberto is fabulous!

The staff and facilities were much better than xtra space. Easy to access the property, easy to pay in person or online. I would absolutely utilize Guardian again in the future and only hope they branch out nationwide.

We paid for a full year up front, not knowing how long it would take to find a new home. As it happened we found a place quickly. so we moved out at the end of four months. We are waiting for our refund of the other 8 months, which I am sure will be coming soon. We would recommend the facility as it is clean and secure, and the personnel were all helpful.

I did not visit my storage site often. The few times I did have a need to go I chose to go in daylight. I did not ever feel unsafe. I did not ever smell anything foul, or see rodents or weird things. I felt that Guardian Storage was clean and safe.

would appreciate something such as some sort of fumigation be done in my unit. My daughter and I could not stand the bugs and had to exit quickly. The bugs made us feel creepy and dirty.

I found this place to be just wonderful to deal with. Very accommodating, very friendly and fair pricing. Good clean storage with no hassles.

Have been storing my furniture with them for years. I now live in Spain and I can't imagine leaving my items with any other company. The best.

I've had a few items in storage at Guardian for about two and a half years. I found them through good reviews online, and couldn't be happier. I'll briefly summarize the high points below.... well, actually, every interaction I had with them was a high point!
- John was extremely responsive and friendly when I first called - made me feel comfortable to leave my stuff with them.
- John provided me with recommendations on movers to get my piano and other items into storage. The movers were excellent.
- They helped me find the lowest cost option for my storage needs - gave me a special rate and a unique pallet to help me out.
- I was in a hurry when I got there and had to rush out to catch a plane. They helped me bubble wrap my items and were patient as I fussed over how to keep the items safe.
- They contacted me personally during my time there to let me know about an issue with my card, and were helpful even over email in resolving the issue.
- John once again recommended a mover to get my items from Pittsburgh down to Florida. I knew I could trust him based on the last experience. He sent me detailed information over email and didn't make me play phone tag during my work day to get a response.
- Everything magically made its way down to Florida without me having to be there or lift a finger. Everything was in great shape, and I promptly received a move out notice from Guardian.

The Cranberry Twp. location is convenient to I79 (just minutes from the Warrendale exit), clean, and well taken care of. I haven't had any issues or concerns with keeping my summer cars stored there in their climate controlled units over the winter months. Both Suzanne & Deb are extremely helpful and go out of their way to ensure that the rental experience is smooth and trouble free.

In short, I have been very happy there and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and clients.

We highly recommend Guardian Storage for personal storage or business use. We have 2 interior units for our business and the space is perfect for us. Guardian has several amenities that you may not expect - like a conference room with wifi, access to a moving truck, recycling, and a staffed reception desk that can accept deliveries for our business. The staff are wonderful - I mean really wonderful. The facility is secure, clean, and well-maintained.

Anna and her entire staff are just the best! Very professional and personable, which is very important to me, always willing to help and accommodate my situation. They are wonderful - all of them, but especially Anna. Thank you Anna.

I had easy access to my storage items and the employees were always helpful and nice. Offered me water and coffee everytime I came in. They also helped picked out moving items and did not try to up-sale me items I did not need.

The facility, staff, and ease of use makes Guardian Storage a wonderful experience at a great value.

Been with Guardian for almost 2 years . Haven't had any issues. Clean facilities, great staff, security is top notch. I have nothing bad to say about the company. Just a great company.

I have used the Fox Chapel Guardian Storage on two different occasions. Once when I was preparing to move from my home and wanted to store items I wanted to keep safe. The other occasion when I had to store a family member's household items. I made the arrangements and Guardian Storage saw that the movers had access to the locker and secured the belongings. I will always be grateful for their help, knowledge and friendship.

So far I don't have complaints. The only thing is that the last time they raised the rent a lot. I don't think I will be able to afford it much longer.
