I honestly just wanted to say a massive thank you to Aaron for going above and beyond for me. Not only this, but I really hate when advisors on a phone will tell you they will call you back the same day and never do, but Aaron called me back and went that extra mile to resolve my issue. I highly recommend guild freelancing to anyone looking for a payroll company.

I've been trying get in contact for a couple of weeks without a single response to either call or email. Also, Their Schedule a call service doesn't work. Due to their inadquecies, I am being charged interest on my VAT return as I cannot get an answer to one simple question. If you can avoid, you should.

I have been dealing with the Guild for close to 6 years now. They are reliable, have amazing customer service and are a pleasure to work with.
