I recently returned from an amazing trip with gutsy girls. They take care of everything and everyday is filled with exciting activities. Our host was wonderful and our ski guide experienced and paced it perfectly. I met some lovely like minded women. We shared many experiences like ice dips, horse sleigh ride, star gazing and seeing the northern lights. I would highly recommend.

6 fabulous days in Lofoten Northern Norway experiencing multi activities including a taste of snow shoeing, horse riding, kayaking, cross country skiing, yoga, nights walks and spa! Unbelievable scenery and an amazing group of girls with a big mix of ages, but such fun, and Jaya was just the best leader! Thankyou GG for an amazing trip😍

Wonderful seven day holiday X country skiing in Norway with a superbly efficient, warm and attentive Gutsy Girls host Sue facilitating a smooth and well organised week of nordic skiing, snow shoeing yoga, sauna, horse sleigh ride and and ice dip and my highlight of the dogsled ride. This was a celebration of my 70th birthday and the other women on the week, although much younger than myself, were kind and supportive companions on the adventure. The venue was top-notch.

Fabulous 5 night trip to northern Sweden. Our guide Clair was superb and did everything she could to make sure we had the best experience ever. The activities were so much fun and the food at the hotel was some of the best I’ve ever had. My only decision I had to make all week was what to wear!! Don’t hesitate to book a Gutsy Girls trip and I’ll certainly be booking again for next winter.

Gutsy Girls offers such a unique way to experience adventure travel. The focus on encouragement and connection really sets them apart. The guides were knowledgeable and patient, and the group atmosphere was positive from start to finish. As a Canadian traveller, I loved meeting like-minded women and trying new activities without any pressure. It was empowering, memorable, and truly uplifting.

I went on the Horse Riding experience adventure to Norway. Had an absolute blast with the other gutsy girls on the trip. The hotel was fab, the riding school very professional. Transport to and from the local train station was sorted too. Absolutely nothing to complain about. I shared a room which was lovely to spend time to get to know another participant. The host was fantastic too, lots of experience with horses.
If you have past experience of horse riding, no matter how long ago you should be good with this trip. My last experience horse riding was when I was a teenager (~ 30yrs ago) and I could keep up with everyone else (in case you are wonderIng) which to join.
Don’t just think about it! Do it! You won’t regret it!

My 2nd trip with gutsy girls (4-day Norway Cross Country Ski & Yoga), was just as good as my first (Pyrenees Snowshoe). If you need to escape the responsibilities of everyday life, then these trips are the perfect way to do it. Every detail is taken care of and you just have to relax and enjoy the activities alongside meeting some inspiring like-minded people. The team at the Venabu hotel were so welcoming, and the food was delicious. Rooms are basic, but warm and comfy. First time attempting to cross country ski, and our instructor Ursula was patient and very skilled which allowed everyone to progress. Our host China, was excellent in all elements of her role (pre-arrival questions, organising, encouraging and chief photographer).

Just returned from a 4 night Nordic ski trip to Norway. What an amazing time! Really well organised trip, great communication. We arrived to a lovely cosy hotel with super food and great staff. The skiing was exceptional, our guide was so experienced and had a great teaching style. Ice cold plunge and sauna also must do. Most importantly I met such a great bunch of girls and we had a fantastic host, who went above and beyond to make this such a memorable experience. Thank you!

Joining a Gutsy Girls adventure was one of the best travel decisions I’ve made. Coming from Canada, I was a little nervous at first, but the welcoming, women-only environment made everything feel comfortable and supportive. The activities were well organised, challenging in the best way, and incredibly fun. I left feeling more confident, inspired, and already planning my next trip.

Amazing experience - would not hesitate to recommend Gutsy Girls to anyone who is interested. I certainly want to do more trips!

I went on the Lapland winter adventure holiday with multiple activities included. It was very well organised and when there was a hiccup (weather too cold for snowmobiling) activities were rearranged to ensure we didn’t miss out.
Our tour guide Frankie was also amazing and ensured logistics were sorted so we had nothing to worry about.

I joined a 7 day cross country ski and yoga retreat in Norway and to summarise, our brilliant guide Kara asked me how I found the trip on the second to last day: Every day I’ve thought Wow this is the best day ever, and then tomorrow happens. I had so much fun and experiences gained with a great group of women. Every day really was the best day, it was a magical trip and I didn’t want to leave Venabu! Thank you 🙏

We had such a great trip to Iceland! Helen made sure we were having fun every moment. The activities were just challenging enough; the food was gourmet, and the country was gorgeous, local hosts charming and knowledgeable, and my fellow Gutsy Girls were a hoot.

I have just come back from the seven-night cross-country skiing and yoga retreat in Norway, and it has been one of the best experiences of my life!

From the moment I booked my trip, the communication from Gutsy Girls was great, and helped reassure me as someone new to skiing. The trip itself was magical: the stunning landscape, cosy hotel with delicious food, friendly instructors and guides, and fabulous group of women all made for the best possible week. The 'extras' like dog-sledding, horse sleigh ride and ice dip were all fun, and seeing the Northern Lights was the perfect finishing touch.

If you're deciding whether to book, go ahead and do it!

My 4th GG trip, but my first winter trip. As always, from booking to getting home was smooth and organised. Amazing experiences, the lodge and food were really good. Big thanks to our GG guide Helen!

My 2nd GG holiday and it was as the first, beautifully communicated and organised. Such amazing value for the activities which one could just not arrange without the local knowledge of the expert guides. A thrilling adventure, challenging, whilst feeling completely supported and secure. Don't hesitate to book. These trips are wonderful.

I went on the 4 night beginner cross country skiing and yoga trip in Norway. The whole trip was really well organised and we had Alice, our fantastic host, who was the heart of the group and encouraged us every step along the way. The yoga, sauna and ice bath and sleigh ride were really nice additions and we even saw the northern lights. Thank you Gutsy Girls and Alice!

Amazing time!
This was my very first gutsy girls trip, the group was lovely, and our host Flo was very caring, organised and I felt very comfortable approaching her. Both the Nordic paddling guides Razmus and Seb we're informative and attentive as well and I felt safe doing the activities! Thank you Flo, the guides and the ladies on the trip!!!!

From the moment I booked my trip, Gutsy Girls has been nothing short of fantastic. I did the Winter Kayaking trip in Norway - it was so beautiful, I would go back to our cabin in a heart beat. Our Gutsy Girl guide, Flo was honestly the best host ever. She was kind, supportive, organised and always looking out for everyone - whilst also being really fun to be around. I would 100% recommend!!
