These guys are complete cowboys. I booked a visit, they ran over a tree in my driveway on arrival, took one look at the job and said it was too wet to do it (why turn up is its too wet?) and when I sent them an invoice for the repair of the tree they cancelled my job and didnt even have the decency to let me know they had cancelled. I suspect they dont have their insurance paid up so didnt want to know about a possible insurance claim against them.

Gutter-Vac (Sydney Northern Beaches) arrived on time today and quickly finished the work. Cleaned up. Sent me some photos and a report. I have engaged Brett and his team for several years to do this work and it has always been done well.

I am not one to normally leave reviews however after such a positive experience the team deserves it. Lots of bad reviews on here which as a home owner I sympathize, however I had exact opposite experience with the southern highlands team who were polite and professional. Explained what they would be doing, showed me before and after pictures.

Not reliable. They broke tiles, walked on wires on the roof as a result one light doesn’t turn on. Waked on with dirty shoes all over the place and left so much mess behind. I will not use their service again.

him the moment it happened,sent photos.He said he would come the next day to look at the damage,this was the last time he ever spoke to me.The next day he sent the 2 man from the previous day that caused the damage back out to access the building damage.These man are professional gutter cleaners with no knowledge of building works but they assured me it was only cosmetic.All I needed to do was slap a bit of render on it,I had a brick collum on a lean, badly cracked, pushed off its base.Peter Haynes didn't want to know, wouldn't speak to me.I had to claim on my home insurance and pay the excess.My home has been repaired thanks to GIO, still have not heard from Peter Haynes.What a disgraceful way to treat people and ran a business.

Left the gate open while cleaning the gutters. My dog would have run out on the street had I not been home to keep her inside. Deeply irresponsible.

The gate was padlocked too, so that they even opened it without contacting me is concerning.

It sounds like Armageddon has arrived. The decibel levels that affect everyone in a 500 m radius are totally unacceptable. Also the fumes are dreadful.

Had my gutters pressure cleaned not vacuumed as I thought they would be. Left a mess and my pergola gutters were not cleaned as quoted. Would never recommend this company. The quote was done by Google earth no one came on site. Never again

The house next door had their gutters done today. A noisy diesel engine ran non stop for 5 hours straight less that 8 metres from my windows with the exhaust fumes blowing over my property. Now I would't mind 2 hours but 5 hours is far too long and your engines are far too loud. There should be a minimum distance from other houses and a limit on running time. Will cosult my local Council and legal adviser.

Customer service non existent. Booked a service 3 weeks ago. Called this afternoon - day the job was to be done - could reach anyone, texted a mobile number and got a message to say can't do the job today will Saturday be OK (4 days later). I have taken time off work to be home for this work to be done. The customers time is important - about time trades peoples understand this. Everyone has a mobile these days, time the trades started to use theirs for outgoing calls just not receiving calls. Will not reengage with this company to arrange another time.
