Read carefully...Guyker it's a SCAM !!!

The facts:
In early January 2026, we purchased a $1,600 batch of hardware to prototype electric basses, they told us it would be shipped on January 22nd via YunExpress (the worst Chinese courier, check out the online reviews).
The package was lost.
Very late with the delivery of the basses to our customers, on April 1st, we paid $360 to have the goods reshipped via FedEx, but actually the goods were reshipped via YunExpress, which lost the package again.
When we realized they hadn't shipped via FedEx, we asked for an explanation, and they refunded us for a service they never provided.

In the meantime, we had to purchase the goods on AliExpress because the instruments had been designed with hardware supplied by Guyker.
We've currently spent over $2,000 on Guyker to make five musical instruments.
We've been forced to open a dispute on PayPal because the company is stalling and won't refund us for goods never delivered.

After four months, this is the situation.
As I wrote to Guyker, it's clearly a scam, because in theory they lost two batches of material, losing $3,200 plus they have to reimburse us for $1,600... so Guyker doesn't care about losing a customer like us (a company) and $4,800
I believe the system is simple: they pay influencers and customers (they asked me too) to advertise, collect the money from orders, create a fake shipment with an empty package with YunExpress, the goods are never delivered, and they refuse to refund.
Luckily, we insisted on paying with PayPal every time, taking on the fees rather than doing a bank transfer like they wanted... if we had done a bank transfer, we would have lost the opportunity to get a refund from PayPal.

I hope they're exposed by law enforcement and shut down as soon as possible!

The bridge was a direct fit. I was concerned about any alterations that needed to be done. No worries.

I run a guitar repair and electronics custom shop. My experience is limited to customer guitars with Guyker hardware that they installed. Guyker tuners, in particular, are among the worst I've experienced for quality. Tuner gears slipped, only to start turning again later in the rotation. I don't care what name is on tuners, whether they're locking or not, or how much you paid for the "upgrade". If Guyker quality goes up, I'll give them another chance. So far, what I see is poor quality and a massive marketing effort claiming to be experts in the field of guitar hardware. A lot of the hardware has a familiar look. It's obvious that this company sources parts from various factories that can slap the Guyker logo on them. It's up to Guyker to enforce some from of quality control. I'll be waiting in the wings, watching for quality improvements and watching the tuning woes of others.

I ordered electric guitar bridge, the quality was excellent and they notified customer when they shipped and delivered, I’m happy doing business with them. Keep it up!

First off I got three right side bass tuners and one left. I reached out and the guy said if I wanted left side tuners I would have to pay shipping…obviously didn’t read my email. I’ve reached out like 20 times and received no responses. So I’m reaching out here. Terrible customer service but what do you expect from a Chinese company with no customer service phone to contact them
This is the state of the service world these days.
Guyker is no exception. They just plain suck at taking care of customers.

I ordered a harmonica bridge, a tp-6 tailpiece and a switchtip from them last week. I ordered the brass bridge from them but on the shipping note it said zinc alloy. So i reached out to them with the question and they helped me out really well and quick.

The parts arrived today (fast) and look and feel great! Very sattisfied, would recommend

While I have received good tuners, Guyker will not stand behind their product when purchased through Amazon. I can’t support a vendor who will not support their product when purchased through a vendor that they choose to sell through. I am stuck with garbage tuners.

To the best that I can tell, Guiker has good products but you are going to wait a long time for delivery. A Long TIME.

Products are VERY well made, and at reasonable prices with quick shipping always function well making my guitars look and sound great. Customer service is quick, going above and beyond with knowledgeable and helpful people if there is ever an issue. I do highly reccomend them!

I discovered Guyker in an Instagram ad a few months ago. Im usually a little wary of such things, so I did a test purchase of something small. When that went really well I started purchasing more expensive/complex items from them.
I am so pleased with the outcome!
I bought a trem bar, roller bridge and new knobs for my LP. The items arrived quickly, are REALLY well constructed, and were very easy to install (they fit perfectly into existing hardware, though they came with the hardware required if you were making new holes yourself)
I also had to return one item (my fault - I didn’t read carefully), and their response was quick, and very easy to follow. I will continue using Guyker!

Wrote a 1-star review for their Jazzmaster bridge and it was never published. They only provided good reviews and scrub bad ones despite using a Judge.me verification service, they still scrub bad reviews. Untrustworthy. And when you ask to return something they make you ship it to China despite receiving the order from a U.S. address. Could be a more legit company but a number of fishy practices.

If you truly don’t scrub reviews, provide a link to my review on your site and I’ll update.

Nothing I ordered fits any of my guitars or basses. There's no info on the website about which models are supported either.

Ordered over a month ago. I've been asked to confirm my address three times my days and of operation twice and my hours of operation twice. I've received three notices that delivery was attempted but failed and the package had been returned to Chicago. Smells like a scam to me.

The look and quality is fantastic, I wish there will 6 string version soon
