Had a major issue with our cloud domain…
Had a major issue with our cloud domain server inmotion which was down for 7 hours. With the help of GWS Technologies, we managed to setup another DNS server in less than 30 minutes.
David demonstrated his expertise and experience in solving such problems. He was also available when in need.

Fast and appropriate response
The service is fast and appropriate. The weak link is the response ticket, which I believe, is very impersonal and hard to follow, especially for someone not conversant with the modern technologies.
