I want to warn other players about my experience with Gxmble.

After depositing and playing on the site, I managed to win a significant amount. My account was verified and my KYC documents were approved. Everything appeared to be in order, so I requested a withdrawal.

Instead of processing the withdrawal, the casino later informed me that my winnings had been confiscated because of alleged violations of their bonus terms. According to them, I placed bets above the maximum allowed amount while a bonus was active.

What I find very concerning is that the platform allowed these bets to be placed without any warning or restriction at the time. If there truly is a strict maximum bet limit, the system should technically prevent players from placing higher bets rather than allowing the gameplay and then confiscating winnings afterwards.

In my opinion, this practice is unfair and misleading for players.

My deposit was returned, but all winnings were removed.

I strongly recommend that other players be extremely careful when accepting bonuses on this platform. Make sure you fully understand the terms before playing.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this casino.

Fake games not endorsed by providers. Scam algorithms and not registered with UK gambling commission. They WILL take your money and NOT pay. Where’s the justice. Expect a barrage of sales calls from “agents” after the fact from kids using their mother’s phone. Fraudulent operation. DO NOT deposit.

Said that withdraws are immediate but i have waited hours and no response from team.
Im also vip, they answered immediate to verify my account but not paying out.
Its 1000euro and their making excuses

Scam company won 700 euro.and they wont pay out saying i breached contract.took deposit easily .blocked me .done nothing wrong.do not use this site.

They are just a scam business, i won 2000 euro and could not withdraw because of all documents they say they need, easy to deposit but I nightmare to withdraw, please use another casino because many others are much easier to withdraw without all documentation, tip to gamble, let people fix all documents before they can deposit money

Please read the reviews. It seems commonplace to tell you your available balance, I. E bonus terms completed. Then takes 10 days to tell you that they are not going to pay my 1000£ winnings.

i wish zero star is available to give. easy to deposit, but nightmare to withdraw. i hardly used bonus because i don't like the wagering terms, so i always played with my real money.
won 40euros and initiated the deposit on 29/10/2025 and was processed on 12/11 and still haven't received my money.
emailed them, they keep telling me its processed on their side and i should contact my bank. contacted the bank, the bank told they not holding any incoming payment to my account and that they cannot trace it. the bank even tell me its the sender/sending bank that can trace transaction.
back to Gxmble explain everything to them and they requested my bank statement which i provided and but still all they can tell me is that, its processed in their end.
i don't have any hope that am getting my money, my advice to anyone wanting to join them is that! this is my experiance with them .

Account setup and verification was relatively straightforward.
Welcome bonus terms seemed good.

HOWEVER, I've now been waiting for 11 days since requesting my withdrawal which is still 'under review'.
Contacted on chat and by email, always the same story: 'busier than usual', 'has been escalated' etc. etc.

Wish I had checked here before opening my account - no longer have any confidence or expectation of ever receiving my withdrawal.

Update: on day 12 the withdrawal was rejected and winnings confiscated due to breach of bonus terms. The term being that the maximum wager during bonus play to be 2 EUR. My withdrawal of 795 EUR cancelled, but at least my balance was reset to my deposit amount (250).
Have now requested a new withdrawal of 359 EUR following cash-only play, so will update whether or not this is successful.

Deposited £50 and after wagering the welcome deposit and adhering to all their small print and terms I had €1000 balance.

Successfully verified but they rejected my withdrawal and confiscated my winnings.

They stated my deposit never went through and therefore I shouldnt have been credited a bonus and therefore winnings will be confiscated.

I have proof theat I deposited £50 - successful transaction information on their site .

My bank confirmed 100% transaction went through and they received it and it went from my balance.

They have stole £50 from me and refuse to pay my 1k winnings and confiscated it under bullshit made up nonsense.

Steer well clear I know European casinos are notoriously dodgy but this was a huge scam !!

Won a chunk of money, went through the painful hassle of getting verified. Finally got verified. Was told that the withdrawal amount was too high due to a bonus rule but that I could withdraw the correct amount. Withdrew the correct amount.
Suddenly got an email saying account was closed, I would not be getting my withdrawal of €750.
No reason other than “not met terms and conditions”
So basically I did nothing wrong they just don’t want to send out the money.
Judging from the reviews this is pretty common practice for them.

Gxmble No one will play games in the casino on their website. They are saying that UK customers should not come to their side under their conditions. But they are giving advice on the website. There are great opportunities for UK customers. There are great offers. Anyone can still visit your website and see.They are defrauding UK customers and extorting money.They are deceiving the Uk and the UK is not saying anything. I am disappointed. The UK should bring them to justice as soon as possible.They took a lot of deposits from me.I won seven thousand euros playing their games here.Later when I go to withdraw money they tell me I need to check this and check that. Then they tell me UK players don't come here.They asked me for my passport address proof bank statement I gave them everything after a few days they told me everything was fine with me.I won 7000 euros and they didn't give me my money.Later they said that under their conditions, players from America, Canada and the UK are not allowed to play.They should be taken action against immediately and I will complain to their licensing office in Croatia.I have all the proof, I have their email and I have screenshots of the winnings, I have everything.

Okej! It is really a scam. I deposit 500 euro and won a little and now I tried ti withdrawal but they wont verify my account and now I cant log in! I havent used any bonuses or something else. Discusting, solve this Gxmble and just fix it!

Do not use. They will find anyway not to pay out, something buried in small print you were.somehow meant to be aware of.
Better to burn your money than use this Casino ..at least you'll be warm!!

Gxmble sends unsolicited SMS messages with bonus offer - and in the text message they promise 'no Gamstop' (the self-exclusion scheme for problem gamblers)
So, you need to ask yourself - do you want to use a company who target the most vulnerable consumers who have actively tried not to gamble ? There are fair and ethical casinos - go and find one of those

Withdrawal was fast but was charged extra fee.

Verification was pain then everythin was smooth.
