I had a fantastic experience with Gym and Fitness. I recently purchased a leg press from them, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish.
Their team was incredibly helpful in answering my questions and making sure I chose the right equipment. The delivery was excellent—arrived on time, well packaged, and exactly as expected.
It’s refreshing to deal with a company that provides great customer service and follows through with a hassle-free delivery experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Gym and Fitness again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality fitness equipment.

The negotiation on price was good
The negotiation on price was good , but the communication of delivery from gym and fitness didn’t happen, all I got was a call from the courier when he was half an hour away, lucky I was able to get there to receive it, didn’t receive a tracking email as promised and also experienced the same thing with the installer , he sent me a text on the morning a couple hours before install!, lucky on both occasions I was able to make it happen and things worked out ok but could not give more than three stars for that one

Parts and service
Force FTR was missing two parts in original shipping, gym and fitness rectified the issue shortly after. Adam followed up and offered generous compensation for the problem. The force FTR product itself is excellent.

These guys are experts
These guys are experts, were very helpful assisting me in choosing the equipment suitable for the uses I needed, which did not result in them suggesting the most expensive item, quite the opposite. Once ordered, they have terrific post sales updates about the equipment and delivery. Suggest options for installation where assistance is needed. A great product was delivered quite quickly. A very professional outfit - most companies could learn from how they go about doing business.

The product is excellent but let down by delivery service
The product is excellent, and I was very happy with the service provided by your company. Unfortunately, the overall experience was let down by the delivery service.
The delivery did not arrive on the scheduled day, and I only received an apology after I called, having waited at home all day. I was then assured that the delivery would be rescheduled for the following day and that I would receive a phone call beforehand to confirm I was home.
However, no call was made, and the delivery arrived without any prior notice. While I appreciate the quality of the product and the service from your team, the delivery experience was disappointing and caused unnecessary inconvenience.

Communication was amazing and I was informed of the delivery process throughout and even received installation tips.
