Good service and quick delivery of my rowing machine- now I need to use it to shed my COVID pounds!

Ordered a concept 2 rower on preorder for delivery at the end of February. Had a mail on Monday to say it was getting delivered on Tuesday, which was great news. Fab customer experience throughout - really competitive price, good personal touch with the comms and efficient delivery. Would definitely recommend!

I had a problem with a refurbished treadmill and the response i got was exceptional, the treadmill was repaired once and when this didn't work it was swapped out within two day.

Ordered a Concept 2 with an expected delivery of early March (wasn't prepared to pay £500 more for a second hand one on eBay) and arrived the last week in January!!

Excellent customer service! I ordered a concept 2 rower and even with the shortage of these machines and the ongoing problems at the docks entering Northern Ireland the item was delivered before the scheduled date! 7 days from ordering to delivery.

Being in lockdown is a drag. I was looking for a decent spin bike for home. I looked everywhere for weeks and there was a waiting list for every shop. When looking online there was only cheaper (not very nice) bikes available. But then I found this company, not only I got the bike delivered, but received it in under a week. I was so happy to see it on my door step when the bell rung. I was dreading the set up - but it was so easy. Took 5 mins. Click, click, click and I was ready to spin.

Great service from the moment I decided to purchase a rowing machine. I spoke with Howard Braband as I use to work with him over 15 years ago. He offered me some great advise and product info.

Once I decided what rower I was going to purchase he put me in touch with Reece in the sales office. The transaction. Was quick and easy. Rower got dispatched Friday and arrived today (Monday)

From my first enquiry to the spin bike being delivered has been a first class experience. I would recommend this company to anyone buying gym equipment. The quality of the Spin bike is superb too. Reece in sales was particularly helpful. Overall I'm delighted with everything.

Received the Nuobell dumbbell which are superb, especially for any home gym enthusiast. Despite the lead time arriving due to lockdown Gymkit were at hand to advise on due delivery dates in a speedy and prompt manner. No hesitation recommending them to others.

Just received our adjustable 2kg - 32kg dumbbells and they are AMAZING! So easy to adjust (they go in 2kg increments) and very comfortable grip. There was quite a delay from ordering to receiving them but well worth it. Thank you Gymkit.

The gymkituk.com website is currently offering Free delivery for Clearance Items. I tried to buy online but it wanted to charge me £114 for delivery. I rang them today and they refused to honour their advertised offer, because "the website is not up to date, that is an old promotion".

I was planning to spend over £1000, but won't now. False advertising to draw you in is very poor practice.

We had a very good experience with Gymkit Uk.
We visited them to try out the recumbent cross trainer.
I’m a wheelchair user and needed to try it to make sure I could manage. They couldn’t have been more helpful.
The equipment was moved in to the workshop area so I could access it. And they were very helpful getting it into our vehicle and gave us all the time we needed. The equipment is perfect for me as well!
