I use the Gym Source in Greenwich, CT. We recently built a new home and included an area for exercise equipment but had no real idea how to outfit it. Lisa Ripley and Carlos always go way above and beyond to help us understand what we need - with a focus on how each piece of equipment is different. They both have a rare mix of professional and knowledgeable help without any pressure. They also have saved us a lot of $$ by alerting us when pieces we are looking at are on sale - again with no pressure.

My experience with Gym Source was great . The sales person took time to explain the different options based on what I was looking for . I decided to get the True PS 800 treadmill and couldn't be happier with it. The delivery crew was professional and assembled and cleaned the treadmill and explained the features. I would highly recommend Gym Source .

The folks at Gym Source are always great. I've been a customer in several locations and for many years, and would recommend them to anybody. Employees are informed, cheerful and always helpful.

We were very impressed with the personal advise on our purchase of a set of Powerblocks. The sales agent returned my call after the purchase to answer a question, even though he was not at work.

Delivery team was very accommodating fitting an arc trainer through a very tight entrance on an extremely cold day. Very professional and courteous.

I believe the guy's name is Mr. Jay which is the store that is located at in Cherry Hill. Next to the Armed Forces Career Forces Center. The customer service and his personality was so upbeat and informative that it made me want to bring other folks with me to the place. Speaking with him gave me the idea of pursuing a Personal Trainer or Nutritionist . I give this store and even the guy who had just started working there 2 thumbs up and of course 5 stars. I purchased a fat loss weight monitor for my lady who wants to try to lose weight. I also purchased a watch-like device called Polar Loop. I will be back for more products that I can use. I wish I knew about this store when I was in the Marines. This Young Black Marine Corps 7 year old Veteran is proud to have come to this store. Please keep Mr. Jay there he is awesome!

The owner was knowledgeable, not pushy, and know the equipment well. Prices were fair. And delivery service was great.

Friendly helpful service and good product.

To start off with, I just want to say that I think the in-store representatives and the delivery people were kind from start to finish.

The problem I have is that (for my 2nd delivery in a row) there are problems with the actual delivery. This time they (1) forgot the dumbbells I ordered and came back later when I was not home to re-deliver them (my brother in-law happened to be at my house to drop something off so it happened to work out) and (2) the treadmill was not set up correctly. It was supposed to be set up so 4 users could use it, enter their weight, etc. The treadmill's console was not set up at all. Instead, I studied the manual trying to figure out why I couldn't set up the machine correctly. I then called the store and left a message. Vinny (or maybe spelled Vinnie) called me back and walked me through how to go into the configuration settings and fix what should have been done in the first place. As I said above, the customer service is great (my sales rep Evan and then later Vinnie) but the delivery and set up experience isn't acceptable when we're talking about $1000s of dollars.
