My daughter and son-in-law recommended Gym Source after they installed an impressive gym in their basement. I duplicated a smaller version in my basement complete with gym (rubber) flooring (a product carried by GS and installed by one of their recommended installers) and mirrors. GS was great to work with in not only selecting the equipment that met my needs, but the delivery and installation as well. When I recently moved GS came in and disassembled the equipment, relocated it to my new home and re-assembled. The GS staff was great to work with and helped with suggestions for placement of the equipment. If you need gym equipment - go to the expert (GS)!

Either the wrong machine was delivered or the delivery men set it up incorrectly; they left and told us to 'call service'; repair man who came out a week later was very nice & knowledgeable but couldn't fix it, another part needed, and each time another part was required and had to be ordered; did receive a call from someone high up in the chain (finally), told him at this point, I wanted a new machine or he could come and get this one, I feel that the machine is compromised and I don't want it and he assured me that they will get me a brand new one, hope he is able to honor that.

Mike and team at Gym Source went out of their way to be helpful from the moment I walked in the store. I planned to just review flooring options and ended up with a new floor AND new equipment. Mike worked with me on selections, price and delivery options to fit my needs. He answered all my questions, emails and phone calls with enthusiasm and eagerness to please. Customer satisfaction stands out as their #1 priority and it shows.

This was a great experience except the brand new gym flooring the guys installed was covered in dirty boot marks from the guys installing it. They were friendly, professional except for their dirty boots. I had to clean it after they left.

Went into the store on a Saturday thinking that it was time for me to really change my home gym options. I had spent time on the internet reading up on various machines, dealers, etc. etc. etc. I was determined to not only go big on this but to do it with a dealership who could understand where I was coming from - and one who would be there to support me with any service needs after the sale.

As soon as I went in I was greeted by the manager, John Geraghty who promptly asked me what my goals were. He didn't push anything on me at all...just wanted to know what made me tick in terms of exercise and meeting my goals. He showed me a few machines. Went into detail about the pros and cons of them...encouraged me to read up on them and basically just opened the door for me to think about the bigger picture. What he didn't know was that that first meeting wasn't so much about the machines, it was more about Gymsource and about him. I liked what I heard. A lot.

I went home, did some research and then went back the store with my wife on Sunday. Over the course of two hours we decided what worked for us, what didn't, what made sense and most of all, we established a rapport with John that I believe really allowed us to get very comfortable with the purchase. It was a big one. We set up a major gym in the basement, had John and team install flooring - within a week - and then the machine delivery came.

Three guys. Showed up exactly when they said they would. Over the next two hours they assembled the gym perfectly, placed everything where we needed it, took all the boxes away and left us just smiling ever since.

Can't say enough positives about these folks.

And let me add one more thing, if you are serious about buying serious machines, don't waste your time thinking about buying on the internet, assembling them yourself etc. It's simply not worth it. If you are the type of person who is interested in quality machines and professionalism, Gymsource - and John - should be your first and last stop.

Good price, great customer service

Had a small problem with initial setup. No reply at all from either your customer hot line or to an email sent. Finally got some help from the store we purchased the unit from. The problem was resolved quickly after that.

I had great customer service in-store, and my equipment was delivered within the week as scheduled. The only issue was that some minor equipment was on back order, and a second delivery had to be coordinated some weeks later. Nonetheless, the store has great equipment on display, and the customer service rep was very knowledgable, answered all my questions and made common-sense recommendations.

I bought a Schwinn spinning bike (as a floor model) from Gym Source after my son had done the same thing. I got a great deal on the bike - as to the details of the process, the purchase was simple and efficient, the store manager was thorough and the delivery was arranged to accommodate my schedule. When the bike arrived, (and it did so on schedule), placement, installation and setup went without a hitch, professionally overseen by a crew that had obviously done this many times before. All in all, it was a pleasure dealing with this company.

I recently moved my personal gym located in my house. The service team disassembled my equipment and reinstalled it in my new home.

The team that laid the floor mats were professional and worked fast. The finished product was tight along the edges and under the doors.

The team that assembled my equipment did a fantastic job. They cleaned and lubricated everything. Then they checked every piece of equipment to ensure it was working properly.

A couple of weeks later, they delivered a Tuff Stuff Crunch Chair. This team was careful when they brought it into my house. They assembled it quickly, lubricated all points and tested it before they left.

Brian from the Villanova PA store has been my sales rep for a number of years. He has helped me with gym layouts and equipment selection. He knows his stuff, but when he is stumped, he checks on it and gets back to me promptly.

You pay a premium for the products they carry, but the service and support is well worth it.

The salespeople are very knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. I found them responsive to my calls and emails.

Sales person had lots of energy but was not familiar with the features. Was unable to produce a manual.

Installed and screen non-functional. Had to call field service who simply re-seated a connector. Obviously intallers did not check out system functionality. This is not a cheap system and would have expected flawless installation.

We found the elliptical that we needed. The sales staff was cordial and knowledgeable. The delivery was fast, professional and courteous.

Timonium and Columbia stores were very helpful in my comparison and ultimate purchase of the elliptical for my physical therapy company. Thank you.

I am very fond of my new treadmill and I have only good things to say about Gym Source. The delivery was a few days from what was originally promised but when it arrived the men were polite, efficient, and willing to work with me as well as putting it together.

I have shopped at Gym Source for many years and have always had a great experience. Helpful advice (no hard selling), good prices, great equipment and delivery is prompt, friendly and professional.

Power switch on the bottom near the floor in a recess and custom programming requires an instruction manual. Heart rate monitor doesn't work well with pulse watch, I regret buying this treadmill.
