I’ve had a really positive experience using Habito as a mortgage broker, and was assigned Sameer as my mortgage expert.
From start to finish, the process has been smooth, and communication has been regular and clear.
I have had my mortgage offer approved today and I am extremely happy.
Sameer has been very supportive and answered any questions I’ve had - clarifying things I wasn’t clear on.
Patricia then took over once the mortgage application was submitted, and again, communication has been regular and supportive.

Overall I am very pleased with the service I’ve received, and would highly recommend Habito to anyone wanting to use a mortgage broker.

Excellent service, and they found a mortgage for us when other mortgage advisors did not, and offered options and changes when necessary. Teddy was great, and others picked up on the case while he was on leave, and he completed it up on return. I did not have to repeat anything and appreciated things not slowing down due to annual leave.

We dealt with Becky and Jess who were both amazing. Super communicative, responsive, and Becky in particular went above and beyond to help us secure a mortgage product before it was removed which was really reassuring during this time!

Had a great experience with Katelyn handling my case – she was lovely, really communicative and helpful at explaining the process, and would drop me a message if she needed more info from me. After submitting all my paperwork she was actually able to secure a better deal for me, which was much appreciated! I toyed with the idea of using Habito's solicitors and surveyors but in the end I opted to use local companies, but this didn't affect anything, which is a huge relief. Overall, great experience and so nice to have one dedicated person on hand to talk things through directly as and when needed.

Easy, straightforward service producing transparent and competitive rates. I liked how all the figures were viewable and downloadable at every stage. Follow-up is also pretty good, overall very satisfied with the service.
