I've been insuring a car with them for…
I've been insuring a car with them for 6 years. I wanted to add a 30 year old truck that I only drive maybe 25 miles a week and they said No. I explained I only take it to a home improvement store about 3 miles away once a month. And the grocery store, about 3 miles a way twice a week. Nope, won't insure me. I thought about canceling my car also. And FYI, I've never had a claim with them.

Timely Change
When I received the notice that the value of my vehicle was not up to date with the current market, I was very impressed. When I agreed with the new valuation and updated my policy I was even more impressed at how easy and quick the change was made.
