Had eye exams for the family at the Faringdon branch. Was easy to schedule and the staff was very nice. They did a bunch of assessments such as a photo, looking at shape with the air burst, reading letters, colours, 3D, etc. They were very patient with little kids also. Recommend this branch.

Had a fantastic experience in Chippenham Haine & Smith getting lenses fitted in my new sunglasses. The opticial advisor was incredibly knowledgeable and handled my sunglasses frame and the lenses with care. Both of the ladies were very thorough and didn't push for unnecessary sales. Excellent customer service. Thank you

I popped into the Calne branch to be a be cheeky and ask whether i could have the arms on the glasses I already owned re shaped to fit better. The two ladies in there were amazing and so friendly. Made me aware that I was doing it at my own risk, which was no problem at all. Did a wonderful job and my glasses no longer threaten to fall off my face!

Took my elderly father to have an eye test. He has bad mobility and staff were so helpful getting him in and out of chair. They were very patient with my dad and so kind and helpful. I was so impressed with the service my husband and I will be having our eyes tested there from now on.

I was in Malmesbury in a local newsagent’s today when my glasses fell apart. It was very frustrating as I was trying to choose a birthday card. I looked up the high street ‘ saw a branch of Haine & Smith. I popped in & a very friendly & helpful gentleman replaced a screw that had fallen out - restoring them to good as new condition. It only took a few minutes whilst I waited & he didn’t charge me a penny. How good is that?

My daughter had a double appointment for an eye test and also a colour test to see whether she needed tinted glasses.
The staff were so knowledgeable, thorough, helpful and just so lovely.
