I would give zero stars if I could. Poor poor customer service. Absolutely disgusting. I was using WhatsApp as a form of contact with them as they never answered my questions via email and they kept leaving me on read and ignoring all of my messages. Seems very unprofessional, WhatsApp picture is a dog.... just not giving great vibes.

AVOID!!!!!!
have done extensions for years and wanted to add a couple of other methods.
1 - training isnt clear.
2 - spelling mistakes in the manual.
3 - videos dont shop you how to do a full head or connect the sides to the back.
4 - when trying to upload your work they ask for way too much and takes days to upload.
5 - once finally uploaded it took weeks to hear back.

READY FOR THE WORST PART????
ONCE YOUVE COMPLETED IT THEY THEN TELL YOU YOU HAVE TO PAY MORE TO ACTUALLY GET YOUR CERTIFICATE!! Which you need to open up trade accounts!
Absolute con!!!!! Why pay for a course when you dont get a certificate at the end??????

I also uploaded my pictures in the end then they told me I sectioned wrong then said oh no you did it right actually.

All seems a joke of a course out for the money.
Training kit is awful! Tape extensions they give just slip out so hard to get a picrture.

Asked for a refund as was all ridiculous and wouldnt have paid hundreds for a course without qualifications at the end and then she was rude to me.

Absolutely fantastic im doing my forth course with them would highly recommend to anyone wanting to learn about hair extentions. You get plenty of help if needed. The price is great anyone in two minds if to do it or not go for it you will not regret it

I have found the help when needed has been there, i still have 2 courses to do.. found really easy to follow with instructor showin each section and exsplain whots needed

I wouldn’t jump to recommend this company especially to people who have never done hair before and are learning from scratch. The videos are only snippets so you would have to truly understand and know what your doing before hand to understand for example the placement. Also the demonstrations would be a lot better if they were done on a real person as a human head / hair it completely different to the dolls head and you’d have to do your own research like I did for videos of the methods being applied to a real human head to actually grasp the concept and get a more real life image. To be honest in the hidden weave method isn’t great at all and I don’t know anyone in the hair industry that I know of that uses this technique and for me personally I had to do my own research to learn a better method. And when it comes to cutting in the hair extensions which I would say is probably one of the most important aspects of the fitting again was done on a doll head which is fake hair so you’re blending fake hair with fake hair so it’s not a true representation at all and I wouldn’t feel confident cutting extensions into someone’s hair . I would say the help is okay although I never really reached out for it so I can’t give a true review on that but when it comes to marking tests they quote up to 10 working days but for two of my assessments on two separate occasions it took way longer than this and I had to chase it up on both occasions.
Probably the most thing that is frustrating is having to pay for your certificate meaning even a digital copy after paying over £300 for a hair course you’d expect this to come in and not be an extra money maker for the company, this was not disclosed anywhere before I bought the course had I have known this I would’ve probably looked elsewhere as it seems very wrong. For example I purchased a bundle course which included three methods are now expected to pay 3 times for each certificate for each individual methods !
Basically in a nutshell although I paid over £300 for this course I had to do all my own research to feel confident in what I was doing and I don’t even have the certificate at the end. I am a hairdresser so I lucky was able to ask people I knew to help teach be otherwise I would be totally lost. I had high hopes and just feel very disappointed.

The course was delivered brilliantly and someone was available to chat at any point.
Certificates in completion came through super fast too.

Very easy to understand and do the course even if u have no experience in hair

firstly i want to say i signed up to this course and i did all 7 of the courses and i really enjoyed them they are legit the support from the other learning extensionists is invaluable and very helpful but im outraged with how the business owners have treated me!
i paid for 7 of the courses and qualified all of them within 2 months i enjoyed them so much and dare to say i had a skill for it i paid for them all to be fast tracked so ive put ln a lot of money i was a very active member of the group and supported nervous newcomers, when i came across their advert on my facebook i was the first to big up the company and encourage sign ups and then one day i noticed they just blocked me out of the facebook group i was ignored when asked why and ive reached out again recently as i want to get the support and totally ignored again absaloutly no idea what i did wrong, so they get 3 solid stars for the great course material but if it would of been 5 if they hadnt of treated me like this, if i broke group rules somehow then fairplay but at least have some decency to put a girls mind at rest. This is just my experience and not an intention to steer people away because the course really is good but im going to have to say on this occasion for me personally ive been burned im very upset with their lack care for how i feel.
