Ik heb mijn operatie vorige week gehad en ik was aangenaam verrast met de service het was top!

Summary: i got a hair transplant done by them (I had previously had another done by someone else). They went well above expectations.

More details:
1) I had a hair transplant in the past, with moderate results
2) I wanted another hair transplant and did a lot of online research to find someone I could trust with something as delicate as this
3) I liked hairworldistanbul's online reviews on google and went to visit them on their clinic in Utrecht. I also consulted with 2 other competitors to them, but my feeling was to go with hairworldistanbul - this was mosly a combination of the reviews I read, pictures of their results, what they said they could do
4) I did my treatment in Turkey. It was as follows:
a) I arrived at the airport, I had someone waiting up for me to take me to the hospital to do blood tests
b) they dropped me off at a 5 star hotel. I would not say it was a luxurious hotel in spite of the 5 stars, but it definitely had everything I needed
c) the next day they picked me up, took me back to the hospital and there was an initial check in to discuss the new desired hair line, etc. This was re-confirmed/re-assessed after shaving my hair. I was positively surprised when they told me they could do a better job than had been promised when I initially visited the clinic in Utrecht
d) the treatment started. They removed hair from the donor area, then created some holes in the area to implant, then implanted the hairs. There was some minor discomfort for me - from the anesthesia injections and from having to be in positions that were not the most pleasant. There was a small break for lunch. All of this lasted maybe 7 hours. There was always an extensive team looking after me - for example, on the implantation stage, there were 3 people working simultaneously on different areas.
e) after the treatment ended, they told me how many grafts they had been able to transplant (more than what I had paid for), they put a bandage around the donor area and took me back to the hotel, with the instructions to rest and to have (already included in price) dinner in my hotel room
f) they picked me up the next day, removed my bandage and cleaned the donor area, inspected the transplanted area and took me to the airport
5) I'm on day 2 after the transplant. I'm really surprised by how well they did it - it already looks amazing. I know it will take 12 months to see the final result, but I really did not expect them to be able to do so much. Also, this is the second time I do a hair transplant, and I can definitely tell they know what they are doing
6) I have clear instructions to follow (example, how to rest, how to wash my hair), I have products to take or use that were provided to me (example, antibiotics or shampoo), I can contact them at any time via whatsapp

Conclusion: if you want something done right, choose people who know what they are doing. This company does know it
