Haith’s budgie food is excellent so is the millet. I would highly recommend them. However after asking them not to send my orders with DHL they still do. I never receive the orders. DHL lie constantly. It’s the worst company ever. Why Haith use them is beyond me. Now I need to find another company to buy food from which is such a shame

I have started using Haths for my canarie seed and found it to be a good product and because of free delivery the price is very good. And I have had delivery within 2 or 3 days.

I reported a problem l had with a 17kg bag of black sunflower seeds. I have been a regular customer of this product but the seeds in this particular bag were going mouldy. My complaint has been ignored so l shall be looking elsewhere for my seed purchases in the future.

Ordered 12/4 apparently despatched via DHL 14/4 but still nothing delivered 22/4...

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. I placed my first order with them approx 18 months ago. It never arrived (DPD), In fairness they did sent out a replacement. I placed a further order last week which I was informed by DPD Haith’s courier AGAIN saying it would arrive in a one hour time slot 1831hrs - 1931hrs 07/01/25, again this order has not arrived. If Haith’s choose to use an unreliable courier then they must take the responsibility of receiving bad reviews. I will never use them again should have learn’t from the first time.

This is great quality seed, the birds in my garden absolutely love it! I ordered on the Haith's app and the delivery was super fast :) Will definitely be ordering again!

A great product but the slowest online service I have used, took them a week to actually dispatch the item ordered on the 31st October, arrived 11th Nov

We are a budgie rescue and love using Haiths for our birds! We have a great experience of customer support, ease of orders (especially though the new app!), and dealing with any (rare) issues. Our birds enjoy the seeds, there is little waste of what they eat. The rescues we have had eating Haith's have shown healthy weight gain, feather quality and overall glow! We like the budgie bravo seed, budgie tonic, grit, and egg food.

Placed an order on Monday the 13th March still waiting for my order on Thursday 16 March they now say they are being only being packed today 4 days later, whilest there seed is off the highest Quality I do not think I should have to wait this long for my order

was recommended by a friend. fabulous service, order received in less than 24 hours. very happy, but not as happy as the birds! quality product. Will definitely be a returning customer

In June of this year I wrote to Haith's concerning a 12.75kg bag of sunflower hearts I had purchased some months previously for £28.07, which, since delivery, I had kept in airtight containers, but from the outset the birds would not touch them. I tried mixing with other seeds but to no avail. I contacted Haith's whose advice was to try mixing them with other seeds, which I had already tried and was forced to dispose of them each time. Ultimately, when the production date given on the bag was given, it was evident they were already four months old when I received them.
Since this post, Haith's have very kindly offered full replacement of fresh sunflower hearts, so faith restored! Thanks Haith's.

Super quick delivery of well priced fat balls that the birds seem very happy with. Well packed so few breakages. I am a repeat customer and will be back in the future

Ordered 4 sacks of budgie seed for my hungry girls and boys down in the aviary. It arrived the next day! Stuff usually arrives within a few days and I plan for this but WOW! This almost arrived before I hit send and pay! Once again, top quality grub for the 'gars and outstanding delivery.

Myself and my mother have been using haiths for our budgie seed and bit for a few years now up until a year ago they were great now no.

Iv had too chase up my last few orders because the company hasn't put my address right on my parcels. When I stated this to customer service omg no help at all I actually left instant chats because of customer service agents bad attitude they also state if something goes wrong or you don't like the product they will help or refund you... yet one bag of tonic seed split and they ignored it. I'm very let down.

I have placed 3or4 orders with Haiths and never had an issue.
Quality products and superfast delivery every time.

I purchased from these cowboys on 29/Jun use my bank card and paid £29. They delivered to my old address and charged my card. I'm pretty sure that they have to check the card address before charging the card. (I have a merchant service account myself).

I was offered a £5 voucher. Gee thanks!

Just yet another company who are happy to falsify their online advertisements, tell lies and provide no after-sales service… Why? for the entire motivation of getting you to part with your money...
Haith’s clearly stated under their product page “Super Red” that all sizes were “In Stock”.
Having placed my first order with this company for a 20Kg of completed product at a cost of £58.99, I found myself telephoning the company to chase the order. I was told that unfortunately, they didn’t have the full ingredients to make this product and worse still, couldn’t tell me when these missing ingredients would be due in! No courtesy telephone call or email to communicate this issue, despite the product being fully advertised as “In Stock”. I entered into a purchase agreement by way of monetary payment to buy a finished product, not a set of ingredients. Don’t waste your time and money with a company that fail to have the integrity to be honest to the consumer.
