I found the partner dealing with my claim to be extremely efficient, helpful, reliable and courteous. He kept me informed about delays and what else I should try to find to support my claim.
In the event he was able to convince the authorities investigating my case that in spite of much of my remaining paperwork being very old, and damaged by the fire and water, it was indeed genuine.

I was contacted by Hallbrook regarding investments I had made, many years ago. I am always sceptical of calls involving money. I needn't have been. Hallbrook were so professional and kept me up to date on everything they were doing. The result was amazing. Funds returned from those investments, plus interest and all from an initial call.
