We honestly enjoyed our time at Hammonds. The staff was very friendly, everyone was wearing a mask and the tour was very interesting as well. I don’t recall the nice lady that did the tour with us but once she realized our son was special needs she made a point to kindly point out things to him in an understanding way and was genuinely interested in what he had to say when he related the candy making to willy wonka.

It was also nice to meet the CEO afterwards too. Not to often do you see CEO’s wanting to interact and thank customers.

We’d come back for sure.

Best hard tack sour lemon candy ever. Black licorice is good too, but the lemon drops are the best!

Tour was great and the chocolate we bought was delicious.

We went as a large family reunion group. The tour was interesting and had interactive quizzes along the way. They gave free candy at the end, even though we ended up buying a ton. We were even personally greeted by the ceo afterwards and he was incredibly personable & kind which was so nice! Would definitely recommend.

Placed an order but forgot to apply a coupon code. Emailed the suggested contact about this, but I never got an answer. Otherwise, the order was ready quickly, and the candy was yum-o-licious!

Fast Shipping and Packaged Well. The free Chocolate bar they sent also made it without melting!!! As always candy is delicious : )

Although I retired from my regular Santa Claus business a few years ago, I still have one special visit to a family that makes a substantial contribution to a nursing scholarship program I established to honor the memory of my late wife. A couple years ago, returning from a family visit right after Christmas, I came across Hammond chocolate filled canes at a candy store. They were half-price at that point so I thought I'd give them a try. Even though they were a year old by the time I handed them out the next Christmas, they were still a big hit. Following that, I found a store closer to home that still had canes on close-out the next spring. They were a mixture of flavors so that added to the fun. I started with the oldest in the group - the grandfather - and worked down by age. Each person had the choice of keeping the one they drew out of the bag or switching with someone who already had one. Alas, the nearby store didn't have them after this past Christmas and the first store is 450 miles away so I couldn't use that source so I was left with buying them direct online. Totally pleased with the service and product.

Even with the coronavirus we were still able to tour! Loved the tour and the candy of course was excellent!

Hammond Candies is wonderful, from the easy ordering on line to the fast shipment of the order. I purchase the cinnamon candy canes to use in my tea. I highly recommend them.

Great candy!

My order was incorrect when it arrived. I emailed customer service and they took care of it immediately. They even stuck a few extra goodies in for me to make up for my trouble.

Wonderful company to deal with.

I opened one of the boxes of taffy I ordered and part of the wrapping was folded over about 1/4" of the length of the taffy so the candy did not fill the the wrapper. I haven't had the time to check out the rest of the box, but it was frustrating to see this when I paid so much for the taffy (in my opinion).

So Happy I could get my favourite Christmas candy in May!!!

Great experience. Chocolate bars came and were intact (no melting due to the ice pack I got with it. Worth the extra charge.) Chocolate bars were delicious. Would absolutely purchase from this company again.

During this time of covid 19, Hammond's did a great job delivering to me, my mom a gift of goodies for Mother's Day and to my Best Friend. The candy was wrapped in an excellent and caring way and the candy did not disappoint! Loved the fast shipping options as well! I will order again and again.
