Avoid – Zero Communication & No DeliveryI ordered an e-bike from this company on 7th September and it was guaranteed to arrive with 5-10 working days. The delivery window has completely passed, and the item has not arrived. I have sent multiple emails attempting to get an update, but the company is completely ignoring me. I have now had to formally cancel my contract and escalate this to my bank to get my money back. Avoid this seller.
So far, not impressed. Shop never seems to be open, doesn't return call or reply to emails. Happy to sell bikes but not to sort out issues. Been waiting a week for a refund on a bike that had a significant electrical fault. Promised to refund and reply to email by end of today...but nothing! Had to call from an unknown number before he would answer the phone!
I can’t rate Ed highly enough. Responsive to all questions really quickly. Probably the best service I’ve had from any firm in years. I’d no idea what I needed and he guided me carefully and with absolute reassurance. He’s a star. I’m hugely grateful and LOVE my new e mountain bike. I instantly trusted him and my instinct was correct - he’s a star 👍👍👍
I decided to take up my employers Cycle Scheme (GCI) and looked about for a retailer in my area. This was right on my doorstep and on contacting the shop they were very helpful and responsive. I went in for a test ride and the bike sold itself. Ed was communicative at all stages of the purchase and pick-up. I have had the bike for 3 days and am chuffed to bits with it. Very well made and I have the assurance of an excellent warranty. Highly recommended.
One of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. I was looking for an ebike or a conversion for my old, but still good bike. In the end I went for the bike as trying to contact the firms for the conversions was impossible. I came across Heb, liked the look of the bike's and booked a test ride. Yes a proper test ride, try doing that on line. I took my son along as he knows bike's. We met the owner and talked bike's, nothing was too much trouble, this was a man who built bike's, not a salesman. I had no intention of buying one, I was going to think about it but the customer service was just too good. I now await my first ebike.
