I bought some work pants , I never receive them

I tried to get my money back because I never received the package. Why would I lie about $40? They denied me so they kept my money and they kept the package working pants I bought working pants. I even asked them to resend the package so I can wear the pants to work denied I will never use this company ever again I advise you not to Too

Ordered, never got, shipping info never updated. Asked for money back they sent a note saying it was sent to a non existent post office. Scammers.

It's fake business.
Whatever you buy somethings weist money.

And they said Delivery is completed.

SCAM! Ordered shirts and work pants, 68 bucks down the drain. First they took 2 months to deliver, secondly they sent an ugly striped T-shirt..idk why Facebook continues to let these people place ads on their app. They should be sued as well.

Placed order on Oct 27th, never recieved item when inquired they said the tracking shows it was delivered but when I tracked it was never shipped. Huge Scam, they will not communicate and are horrible to deal with. WILL Not buy from again.

HUGE scam, ordered $68 of work pants and all that arrived was 1 black T-Shirt. They told me it was my local post office fault. Once it reached customs they used a local NY Law Firm as the registered company and the address on the package was a random house in Bayside NY. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

They sent me the wrong item - one ugly white tshirt. My order was BIG - several tops and leggings. I sent them a photo by email and said “Are you telling me this tshirt cost $86 because that is what I paid you! Obviously you sent me someone’s shirt. Now where is my order?” They said they would investigate! 3 mths now and they no longer answer me.

Hamstep never sent my package. Do not purchase anything from them. BIG SCAM!!!!!! LESSON LEARNED!!! READ THIS PLEASE!!

Horrible, scam. Don’t waste your money.

This company is a scam do not buy anything from them! Said item was delivered and it was not! I live in a small town and the post office never received anything!

They ripped me off for 40 bucks for 6 pairs of pants that never came complete scam

I hate ordered from them. Ordered on October 8th .Got tracking information then tracking information said it was shipped to my local post office in the town. I live in and there is no post office in the town I live in. Went to the local post office and they checked the tracking number complete in total global checking and there is no such company that ships or that tracking number in existence anywhere. Then they said it was signed for and now they are ignoring me. Package was never delivered. They are complete and total scam.

This is a fake company. Everybody should stay away from them. Similar stories and horrible encounter. Placed order for four pants and was given a fake tracking number.
When I finally contacted them via email, I was sent a screenshot of manipulated delivery summary. I was asked to take it up with my local delivery company. What a joke guys! STAY THE HELL AWAY FROM THESE FROGS!

I made a order off of facebook it's been 45 days and yet all i get is a lie and they say i got my order but i never got anything every day i send a email back and they just keep saying the same thing but yet they still do mail fraud on people they seem to think it's our falt and i should check my post office and all that run around there is no trust what so ever any one that makes a order will find out the hard way i did i lost over 3 hunderd dollars.

I would give them a zero. I ordered October 9th did not receive any information until October 27th and it was a invalid tracking number that to this date says it is no information available. I have asked numerous times to send me a valid tracking number. I have no package and no valid tracking number to date. They stole my money

Three items paid for nothing delivered. Has told me to chase post office and neighbours

I been scammed to, they a joke , they delay we send it , and it says that it’s been delivered, but it’s scam , i contacted my bank and disputed the transaction and I got my money back.

Never received pants ordered. I believe this is another Chinese company taking on a consumer likeable name to fool people to get orders. Avoid. Google says in business 3 months with pictures several years old.
