Above and Beyond Customer Service
My purchase experience was hands down one of the best. The website was super easy to navigate and see how the straps would look on my watch. After I placed the order, I was contacted via email to make sure my order was exactly what I wanted. They asked questions, we discussed my watch model and other straps I currently own. We agreed on a few changes, made a some adjustments to my order and within a little over a week, I received two PERFECT new straps. HANDDN took the extra time and effort to make sure I had a great experience and received exactly what I wanted. I will be a life lone customer.

Handdn is a great business with great products
Handdn always does a great job. I’ve purchased numerous straps, mostly custom jobs, and I’ve never had a problem. Their communication on everything is superior to most businesses and there always feels like there is a personal touch. As a repeat loyal customer I feel valued as they offered me special promotions and options which have been a pleasant surprise. Straps aside, doing business with them has been a refreshingly nice experience in an age where many businesses have sacrificed customer service and human interaction.

The whole experience was excellent! I have a vintage JLC that came with a deployant clasp and required a custom strap to utilise the original buckle. The 3D custom on their website was easy to use.The people at Handdn talked to me about my requirements and made sure that their product would work. The end product was everything I expected and was perfect for my purposes. The quality of the strap was great! Would 100% recommend if you need something custom for your watch.
