Really satisfied with the custom watch strap
Really satisfied with the custom watch strap from Handdn. Not only was the product made with quality, but the company did a nice job of reaching out to ask follow up questions about the strap that I had selected from the various options. This surprised me! The team at Handdn noticed the thickness may have been too thin for strap style and asked for a watch photo and measurement to make sure the strap would complement the fit of the case and lugs. An adjustment was made and it came out perfect! The strap looks like it has been with the watch for years.

Underwhelmed and disappointed
Shipping cost over 60€ which was extremely exorbitant, especially since I was obligated to pay express shipping and was delivered over 2 weeks later. Quality of the product was underwhelming as the bracelet was very thin. Disappointed to say the least, won’t be buying from here again.

Your order was placed on Dec 13 and completed on Dec 18, within our standard timeframe. You also selected DHL express shipping ($39) at checkout.
The package was shipped on Dec 18 and later held by customs. The import tax was completed on Dec 25, which caused a short delay during transit ( receiver pay ).
We understand shipping costs can feel high as this is international express service. Regarding the product, we’re sorry it didn’t meet your expectations, we did reach out but haven’t received a response yet.

I ordered the band on 12/9 and paid for…
I ordered the band on 12/9 and paid for express delivery. I received the watch band on ,12/26 after I paid some extra fee. So the 89.00 watch band cost me about $ 150.00
Use someone else. update, the company sent me a response basically saying everything they did fell ,time wise , was within there guidelines. This was a Christmas gift. They only have a 30 day return policy so I didn't want to order to early. The band that was 90 dollars still cost me 150.00 would not use this company again

Your order was placed on December 12. As stated on our website, our handcrafted straps require 5–7 business days for production, and DHL Express shipping takes approximately 3–7 business days. Your order was delivered on December 26, which is within the stated timeframe.
All timelines are calculated in business days and were clearly published on our website at the time of purchase.
Regarding import duties and taxes, these are legally the responsibility of the recipient. We proactively sent you a tax support request form so we could assist with the tax process; however, we did not receive a response. We also attempted to contact you multiple times via email without success.
We are always happy to assist once we receive a response from our customers.

Sent wrong color strap
I spent $300 USD to purchase a patina brown alligator strap. The strap received was almost exactly same hue as patina bourdeaux with a strong reddish color. Even after complaining and sending photos, your company sent me your own photo of my strap prior to shipment alongside a patina bourdeax strap in an attempt to demonstrate they were different, yet your own photo actually proved the opposite; that they were practically the same hue! Unbelievable how out of touch your customer service is. Your company refused to do the right thing and replace the strap that was sent. The best you offered after my complaints and photos was to ask me to pay an additional 50% to make another strap. Clearly your company does not care about its customers or about doing what is right. Will source my straps from reputable companies instead.

We would like to clarify that patina straps are 100% hand-finished, meaning each strap naturally has its own unique tone and character. This slight variation is an inherent part of handmade patina work.
After receiving your feedback, we explained this clearly and proactively emailed you with an offer to remake a new strap as a goodwill solution. However, to date, we have not received any response from you regarding that offer.
We value our customers and always strive to support them within reason, especially for handcrafted and personalized products.

Straps make the watch

I used to be irritated by the copy and paste embossed leather straps that seem to come with every single watch now days.
