I purchased several of the wooden swans to use in Rwanda, Africa in a training for nurses. It was a great event as they never had done a puzzle let alone a 3D-puzzle. Each one had all of parts and all went perfectly. At the end I told the story of the ugly duckling for understanding of lateral and vertical abuse/jealousy and inspirational to soar in your glory of who you are as a nurse.

The wood used in these smaller models is very thin and very brittle. The wood also tends to delaminate. It only takes a very small amount of pressure to break the wood. The larger clock model had an issue with alignment. The clock hands tended to hang up on the clock face.

Everything you guys did, was helpful. Saw it at DIY many times and thought this would make a great gift for someone. I purchased it for my brother and when he got it, he was taken by the looks of it and immediately started putting it together.

I haven’t finished the kit yet, but I am loving it so far!! Super adorable!

Missing one piece from a build I got for Christmas and the customer service was oustanding! I took a picture of what I was missing (from the printed layout) and I had the piece less than a week later. This is definitely a well ran company that takes care if the customer!

Company replaced a broken part no questions asked and super quick. I've done many builds with this company and I can't wait until they release more

When assembling a Sunshine Town Bookend, I broke the on/off switch for the lights. I contacted Hands Craft and received an immediate response. The part I needed was received within a week at no charge. You can’t get much better customer service than that!

I ordered the dust cover made by them, and one of the pieces was the wrong one. I emailed them about this, and they said they would send me out the part. So, I took the pictures of the package and my address and within two or three days I had my replacement part!

Fun mini town decor for my bookshelf. The customer support was really responsive over email and even mailed us a replacement part when we asked!

I absolutely love their large variety of diy products and miniature kits. I’ve personally finished multiple miniature rooms and loved them so much I’ve sent kits to family and friends as gifts. The quality of the materials and the layout of the instructions make the whole experience very enjoyable. I love watching it come together. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

I had a few pieces that broke while putting the Ferris Wheel together. I emailed the company pictures of the broken pieces and the company replaced them at no cost to me.

The product is great, and exactly as ordered. However, what really made this a great experience is that I had a serious family medical issue and had to delay the shipping. Alex was very flexible and made things easy. Top notch product and vendor.

I love the 3D Creative Bookends series. I've started my second one. I hope they create more in this series.
When I had a problem with the wiring (probably my fault) they were eager to rectify the situation and quickly sent me a replacement part. I informed the retailer about their response to my problem and she said that she would pass that on to people who are worried that that they might mess something up.

I got my order two days from when I ordered it, in December!! Super impressed with the delivery and the product.

Pieces don't fit well and break easily. Never got to finish the airship because wood pieces snapped when breaking them loose from the original board.
