Great personal service as always. Good communication and attention to detauil

Buying a Handsling Bike was a joy, from the very first phone call to make my initial enquiry. They were supportive throughout the whole process (my first bespoke bike), making recommendations, and giving me guidance on where I went wrong on my digital bike fit. Handsling Bike Team, also volunteered to fit my cassette on a wheelset that I purchased outside their vast range. I cannot recommend Handsling enough. It is nice to feel valued as a customer. Thank you the Team at Handsling for making my experience great.

Fabulous service from start to finish. This made the purchase of a track frame very smooth with detailed information on geometry and sizing. Will be back soon for another one!

From beginning to end, the process was very personal. I visited the factory, and was made to feel very welcome, culminating in a test ride of a similar build to the one I wanted. A few weeks later, I was contacted by the builder, to confirm measurements and check a couple of things. Wow - the bike rides amazing, looking forward to some better weather now!

A good experience. From bike testing to collecting my bike was great. I got the exact bike I wanted in a stunning colour. Very impressed.

I brought a new A1ROevo back in 2023. I was impressed with the attention to detail pre-purchase and have continued to have my bike serviced in-house since. This machine makes me smile everytime I ride. You won't be disappointed 🙂.

Great wheels delivered on time fist class

I chose Handsling because of the customisation options available. I have short cranks which are beneficial for my bad knee and carbon wheels which cope well with the Pembrokeshire winds.

New Time pedals arrived quickly and at a good price point. Thanks

Great service as always, I had asked for a price for some new parts, the team got straight back to me with a great price, they know how to look after there loyal customers. Parts dispatched and fitted.👌

Purchased a A1R0evoS with dura-ace spec. Made the effort and drove to the factory, to spec the bike. The greeting and advice from Simon and rob was first class and made it an enjoyable experience. The bike is superb and I’m looking forward to clocking up the miles on it.

The customer service and everyone was so helpful with the design and understood that the bike was just more then a bike for Rachel.

Very good bike and the best custommer sirvice I have ever had

Functional website made selecting options and bike build simple. Good customer follow up and information flow whilst the bike was in build, and after sales has been spot on. Great overall experience.

The reason I choose Handlsing was they were one of few bike companies that can justify the price of their products. When your spending thousands of pounds on a bicycle the service and experience needs to match the cost. Dont just buy online, buy from a company that will go the extra mile.

Ordered something that showed as in stock and wasn’t.
Then had to wait for what they had to be painted so took a couple of weeks all in all.
The bars seem decent but just not the easiest experience compared with others, but that’s just my experience

Super customer service from start to finish. Help with size choices/customisation and payment options. Definitely recommended.

Just bought a beautiful Handsling A1R0evoS direct from the company. Personal bespoke service from the team to deliver a perfectly sized unique bike which is a true joy to ride. There is so much choice available of components, wheels, as well as a multitude of colour schemes.

Time of delivery. Also got the time to find the best bike for me
