really disappointed in their service they refused my application even though i have a job plus get a carers payment for my mother who is getting worse with her eyesight im giving them a call tomorrow to see exactly why i was refused

This was the easiest process i have experienced . Ben was so great at helping me through it . Within 24 hours we had our approval. Being so time poor it was faultless. I recommend this company to anyone that needs to get finance sorted out ASAP.

So far so good, but make sure you check your contract due date since they can offer lower commission rate if you renew it . but they won't do it automatically if you don't contact them.

I'm guessing Handypay does not want to talk to people here their Facebook chat on your office phone.
I have been on hold on your office number for 50 mins now. No one on this chat app is replying.... seems so strange don't you think? Red lights going off here, not a company I could trust. Very poor customer service, despite the rave reviews you've been getting.... fake accounts I'm thinking. I think a complaint to the ombudsmen is needed.

I was impressed with Handypay from first contact. We needed to borrow to finish off our renovations. The Staff on the phone ere friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. The application process was NOT complicated or stressful. Iwould definately recommend them to my fellow renovators!

We couldn’t recommend the team at Our Money Market anymore. Before accidentally stumbling on them we had been to three brokers who had quoted us high rates and had wasted 3 days for us. We contacted Handy and within 20mins we were approved and funds were settled the next business day. Now to renovate - the fun continues!
