My fiancee and I had a free mortgage consultation with Kayleigh. We went into the appointment not really sure how the whole mortgage process worked - and uncertain about how much we'd be able to borrow (made more difficult because I am self-employed). After some quick questions about our financial position, she was able to give us an idea of how much we'd be able to borrow - and it was better than we expected. Kayleigh created an environment where we felt open to ask any questions no matter how big or small. She gave us a really good overview of mortgage timelines, and provided lots of insight and helpful information - which has helped ease our anxieties and given us confidence to move forward with buying.
