Spent 140€ 2 weeks ago.
They do not reply to emails and lie that the emails were sent. They also cannot provide proof of the supposed sent emails.
They use post NL and charge 20€ delivery. Package was lost for 5 days. 2 WEEKS after order and payment the shipment has not wven left NL. After 1 week I told them to cancel since the post had not sent the order yet. They did not reply.

Excellent supplements and competitive prices, which makes it more attractive to buy powders instead of capsules from other brands.

Bonjour, Notre dernière commande a été livrée incomplète : 8 produits manquent sur les 24 payés. Une erreur à la préparation de la commande (le colis était intact à la livraison). Hansen ne répond pas à nos relances.
Nous sommes surpris. Clients depuis 2022, nous avions jusque-là apprécié un service irréprochable. Nous espérons encore qu'une suite sera donnée à notre réclamation.

Le 11 septembre, ce e-commerçant s'est engagé à vérifier ses enregistrements. Depuis, nous n'avons plus de retour de sa part.
Notre confiance est grandement entamée. Nous espérons encore une résolution rapide pour cette commande payée et partiellement livrée.

Courant octobre, le commerçant nous informe qu'il ne reconnaît pas d'erreur et aucun dédommagement n'est proposé. Cela est choquant. Nous avons perdu toute confiance d'autant que d'autres fournisseurs de qualité sont apparus sur le marché, concurrentiels.

delivery is a bit of a nightmare! First order arrived after three weeks. No updates along the way.. 2nd order placed on 20Mar, still not here but a quick note today 02Apr (email) to expect a further delay. Their products seem fine, fulfilment by snail mail. Not pleased.
Update 03Apr:

The NR product seems great but it degrades over time, the smarties use non air-tight packaging and the powder absorbs water from air like crazy, and I have a no-frost fridge so it's drier than average fridge... NR is an unstable particle, very sensitive to water, so it's peak stupidity to sell a compound that's worth 150$/100g and not spend 1$ on air-tight seal, like come on guys, you don't even have a clue about the substance you're selling.

Og det som smagte grimt var mening at det skulle smage sådan, og jeg miksede det bare ind i nogle grøntsags retter og ja så fik jeg mere ud af pulveret.

God kvalitets produkter, intet ebay/alibaba/amazon snask hvor man er i tvivl om kvaliteten.

De mangler bare at få fat i en anden magnesium type hvis man vil have en som går mere ind i knoglerne. Men måske kommer det en dag... (stadig en af de bedste magnesium typer jeg har prøvet og god korrespondance med deres support)

I buyed the Order #8055 with 3 units of Hyaluronic Acid. I have 2 units which expiring date is 02/2024.

Meget dårlig service. Jeg bestilte nmn supplement, som jeg aldrig modtog. Jeg skrev flere mails for at få læst problemet, men der blev aldrig svaret tilbage.

The speed this company delivers is impressive, but not as impressive as their products. I cannot believe they don't have the same digital presence as others in this sphere. They offer a consistent high quality product/experience every time.

Hansen is by far the best provider of these supplements on the market. Their basic formula is: highest quality product without any added nonsense at the best prices. The customer service was outstanding: I wasn't sure how best to take some of my supplements (what time of day, should I mix it in water, can I take several supplements together, should I take them every day, etc.), so I asked them over email and they sent me detailed advice for every supplement I bought. Their website is educational and informative. I believe they are genuinely interested in providing good products. Top-notch. (As to the ALA mentioned below by another reviewer: yes it can be very acidic when taken on its own, so I recommend mixing it in a glass of water or into some food.)

I bought ALA, first was not clear how to use does. Then mixed couple of small spoons in the water, then tried in the yogurt and both times got a bad reaction in my throat similar to allergy. The taste was so strong, that I was not able to consume it.

I wanted to ensure the products I purchased were lab tested, so researched before buying.

I purchased NMN, Resveratrol, and TMG from Hansen supplements, and I found the products to be very high quality. I've just purchased my next batch.

They're very responsive when messaging you back and give updates on when items are shipped and give tracking numbers.

I always use their faster option for shipping, which was TNT last time. Arrived in the UK in less than a week.

Products are well worth the wait and cost.
