Had our Hanson Garage constructed a few years ago and have been very happy. Unfortunately an overhanging tree branch fell and broke two roof panels. Hanson were very accommodating and able to arrange a visit to replace the two panels very quickly and, the two guys that visited, did a very professional and tidy job.

Needs a new door frame after 4 years at £400 because you can't just replace a hinge....Seriously, you couldn't make it up.

From the initial enquiry to the final installation, the customer service was absolutely top-notch. Every member of the team was professional, friendly, and clearly committed to delivering a high-quality result.

Special thanks to Team 5 – Taz and Tom, who handled the installation with real expertise and care. They were incredibly helpful throughout, answering questions, explaining the process, and making sure everything was done to a high standard. Their professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding.

Also, thank you to Midlands Base Fitters, especially Damien Love, who prepared the base perfectly. His work was precise, efficient, and set the foundation for a smooth installation.

I’m thoroughly impressed with the whole experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone considering a garage installation. A truly seamless service from start to finish!

Team 2 - Dean & Steve did an excellent tidy job!

Great garage, and Team 2 Mikey & Steve D were absolutely fantastic! They went through everything with me, locks, safety, warranty etc. Absolutely brilliant! 5 star service with a smile.

Garage is a brilliant building however, TEAM3 are absolutely awful Andy and Guy need to change their attitude all they did was moan about the job, because access isn’t the best although photos were sent before. Completely ignored me when trying to speak to them most of the time, if they don’t like the job of handballing and labour because of their age (their words) then they need find themselves a new job ASAP.

Brad who is apart of TEAM3 did all the communicating with us he was respectful and what you should expect of someone who is coming to work at your house.

Overall Would not recommend if I knew this team was coming to fit the building.

I first spoke to Sarah Beardsmores about buying a garage, Sarah gave me all the information I needed about their products. Great at her job. The fixing team, Jamie Jason Phil turned up and fitted me a new garage, the guys did a brilliant job, we are totally happy with our new garage. Thanks to everyone for Hansons.

Hanson's supplied a concrete sectional garage to me. The ordering process is simple with various options to choose from such as roof type and colour, wall height, front brick pillar colour and they can even provide customer specific garage size beyond the range shown in the brochure.
The product is very good quality for the price and the fitters were prompt, polite and professional. I had team 1 - Steve, George and Dean. They made a brilliant job and cleaned up afterwards having also given me a full run down on operating and maintenance of the up and over door and various other useful tips re how to attach to the walls without compromising the concrete etc. Very pleased with their service and product.

Arrived at 7am & left at 11.20am having done a first class job. Martin, Andrew & Mike (team 2) were polite & worked like a team should.

Absolutely worked their socks off. Accepted one cup of coffee. These guys set off at 03:00 to reach us by 07:30 (bang on time). Polite to the neighbours. Moved their huge lorry back and forth for the neighbours without a problem. Abosultely delighted with the new garage. I don't want to name all involved but they were all brilliant.
