Great product, fast delivery, helpful experienced staff. Lovely stuff.

We needed a new washing machine quickly after ours broke down. It was hard to find many places that had one in stock that could deliver next day but Hanson could. They even called us to advise us of morning delivery slot so we didn'thave to wait in all day. Very impressed and would definitely buy from them again.

Just had a kitchen installed which didn’t go exactly to plan,not the fault of Hansons I may add,but dealing with Chris at Hansons and Shane from their installers has been a very satisfying experience and my wife and I are very happy with the experience.

Great service. Ordered online and site was easy to navigate, delivery time was speedy (offering next day service for small fee). A courtesy call followed the next day to confirm order and delivery.
This is the first time I have used Hanson but will definitely be using in the future and would highly recommend.

We have bought all of our kitchen appliances for the last 38 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. John dealt with our order of 2 ovens, island extractor and gas hob and a few weeks earlier a washing machine. The customer service is excellent, initially there was a delay in us receiving a pack of filters for the extractor, we were kept up to date with a couple of telephone calls and we didn’t have to wait more than a few days for them.
Hansons also supplied our new Dekton worktops, Chris was very helpful, always on hand to answer my (quite a few) queries.
My advice is - don’t bother buying from online national companies - go straight to Hansons.

Easy to order through the website and choose delivery date. Love that they call to give you estimated time when you order too. Took old appliance and packaging away and installed new dryer. Excellent and quick service

Friendy staff help me and wife put the dryer in the back of our car, as I have a bad back. The Beko dryer is good quality

The person that fitted the washer didn't connect the pipes. Signed it off as done and when I put a wash on flooded the kitchen floor

Good communication and a thank you phone call for my order which was done seamlessly over the internet,,I've had a cooker and washer from Hanson's before and the service is what made me look at Hanson's first,,arrived on time and a phone call from driver to say he was 5 mins away,, perfect!!

Nice easy website to use, I ordered a washer online picked a delivery date which was the next at the cost of £20 delivery or I could have waiting until the filling day for free delivery. The only negative is that I never received any updates about the delivery times, however I did ring them on the delivery day to find out an estimated time which they were happy to provide me.
The delivery guys where lovely very polite and helpful.

Ordered under counter freezer at 3.30pm and it arrived at 0930 the following morning! Easy online ordering and super quick delivery.
