Do not believe them when they say they’re refund your money in 10 days. Crooks and thieves come to mind!
Edit. They’ve now emailed and said here is proof of refund and it’ll be in my account in 10 days. It looks like something made up on Microsoft Word so fake!! Avoid if your sensible

We do apologise for any delay with your refund, and we have provided you with genuine proof that the refund has been processed from our side. The time it takes to appear in your account is determined by your bank’s internal processing times, which is why we advised that you can also contact your bank directly to confirm this. The document we sent is evidence issued by our banking provider confirming the refund.
We also want to acknowledge your most recent message, where you stated that any further replies from us would be met with abusive language. While we fully understand that this has been a frustrating experience, we do need to protect our team from abusive communication. As requested, and in line with our duty of care to our staff, we will not continue to contact you further about this matter.
If you do wish to confirm the refund, your bank will be able to verify this using the details we have already provided.

Been over a year as a customer and I’m so pleased with the care and support I’ve received from them. I spoke to Farhaad over the phone regarding my payment which for some reason my bank were declined. I contacted my bank and it was due to some extra security measures i put in place in the and resolved immediately whilst I was on the phone and when I called back Farhaad resolved the issue in the best possible manner.
