Scam - I'm so upset - I got the lego figure in the post too. What a joke.

Absolute SCAM. Avoid avoid avoid.

Paid £60 for a shark happy napper. Waited ages. Recieved a Lego Duplo figure in the post...... no response to any emails. no phone number to call. Ridiculous. Expect contract from trading standards!

Ordered 2 x Large Happy Nappers sleeping bags for my super exicted kids, what arrived wasnt sleeping bags, instead it was 2 fake lego charaters. So I am down £120 which I am trying to recover from my bank. I have also raised this with Action Fraud.

BEWARE Do not order from this site!!!! Vile scam. Ordered a Happy Napper for my daughter in February and received a piece of Lego!! Will be reporting to Action Fraud and all relevant bodies including Jay at Play International to find out why they haven’t taken any action !

Same as the other reviews, I've been waiting since the 11th February and paid £60 for my sons birthday, I looked into everything before I handed over my money but I was so wrong, i still havnt received the item and now seeing that others have been scam I'm so gutted I just hope I can get the bank to refund me as my poor son will be so sad knowing he won't be getting it as I can not afford to pay put for another one.

Absolute scam, paid £120 and for 2 sleeping bags and got sent 3 weeks later a Lego figure. Disgrace that a UK company sells overseas ripoff companies like this an office address so they look legit, 71-75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ is just a sham front address to mislead you.

I wish I had looked at all these reviews before ordering I have had exactly the same issues No response to e-mails It’s astonishing that they are still trading and that the actual makers of the sleeping bags are not doing anything Not that I trust them either Hoping my credit card company will sort Please do not order these products

Same as the other reviews. Received a small Lego toy today! Has anyone successfully claimed their money back? Who should I report this to?

Shopping scam with website using UK address as company HQ. Ordered two sleeping bags £120, no response to messages and emails so reported concerns to bank, refunded. Package arrived yesterday, two Lego figures. Reported to Police Action Fraud under shopping fraud category.

Should be no stars, waited ages and then got a cheap Lego person in the post what a joke. Do not buy scam scam scam........

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMING CON MERCHANTS!!!!! They deserve no stars and I'm not happy that I have to put even one to post this review. Ordered two large sleeping bags what feels like forever ago, no update on my order. I chase this up and suddenly the tracking info changes so I think great. Then another two week wait and I email again, no reply. A courier turned up today with the smallest parcel I've ever seen with the same tracking number as my order on the label. Two lego figures. So I have contacted them again, called my bank to report it as fraudulent and will be getting in touch with the real manufacturer directly to see if they reply and would like to know the name of the product they make is being tarnished with these scammers. Jay at Play International will be getting a strongly worded email from me! I might even call the police and watchdog and anyone else I think of while I'm on this soapbox. The website Happy-nappers.uk needs shutting down.

Exactly the same for me ... ordered a pink unicorn sleeping bag and only received a Lego piece today what a joke £40 wasted !! How is this website still active ??????

Quite a few emails sent, the address listed on their website isn’t their real address

I got a small bit of Lego in place of a happy napper - my daughter is gutted

Genuinely rubbish. I’ve sent 3 emails by all mediums possible and have yet to receive anything at all. The tracking number states it’s been delivered but it really hasn’t! Avoid avoid avoid.

Ordered my daughter one with her birthday money and have an behold we received a small Lego figurine, after no contact or replies via emails. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Reported to cyber crime and trying to get it shut down. Trying to claim via the bank now 😔

The happy-nappers.uk website is a total scam!! I ordered 2 Happy Nappers sleeping bags in February and after weeks of waiting, I’ve received 2 Lego figures instead of the sleeping bags - the same as other reviewers. I’m currently trying to make a fraud claim through my bank.

I ordered a happy napper on 6 March and like so many others have reported, they sent me a small Lego figure.This website is a total scam,avoid at all costs.

I placed an order on 12th of February, I have not received anything, reading the reviews on here I am not expecting to now. I am annoyed I have lost money, but the worst part is they must have made a lot of children unhappy. Do not buy from this scam company.

Update, I have now received my Lego toy, I have also reported it to Action Fraud.

I also fell foul of this scam. I ordered my Happy Napper on the 20th Feb, sent 2 emails asking where my order was, no response. Yesterday I received a little Lego man via Hermes, they even had the cheek to send me a policeman figure!!! Absolutely livid !!
