I made my first purchase from HappyMinutes and the process was seamless. I was hesitant and not sure if I should order from them fearing they might be a scam but my hesitation was unwarranted. My order was placed Thursday 1/23/25 and I chose standard shipping. Later that day I contacted HappyMinutes by email and asked when I could expect delivery and I received a response from Margarita in the morning the next day. She stated I would receive my tracking # later that day and my order should be delivered the following week. I received my tracking # that day and my package was due to be delivered Wed 1/29/25. I was pleasantly surprised when my order was delivered Tues 1/28/25. I am very happy with there timely response to my email and the delivery. From my experience, I will definitely be ordering from them again!

I had the best experience with Happyminutes! Communication was awesome and the delivery was super fast. I plan to do future business with them with no doubts as to the quality of their products. So happy I found them!

I can honestly say I was skeptical. I accidentally forgot are about faster shipping options but because Monday was a holiday and my order was placed on a Saturday, I knew it was a long weekend so my timeline for delivery was already going to be a bit longer. I reached out to customer service by phone and only got a fast busy signal. It was on Saturday and the hours for customer support were Monday through Friday and as I said, it was Saturday. Feeling like I got duped, I reached out through email and not expecting a reply until at least Monday morning. Margarita responded almost immediately with a message explaining that they would upgrade my shipping for free (they do offer free standard shipping with every purchase.). That was Saturday. Monday was a holiday. Today is Wednesday and when I opened my door at 8:00 AM this morning, there was my package. They have gained a life long customer here. I was skeptical. I’d never heard of Happyminutes before and always used Chewy. Well, Chewy can suck it. This company had what Chewy is always running out of of, and you can’t beat FREE shipping. Thanks, Margarita. You’ve gained a customer for life. Great job, folks.

I love them! They do answer and they are the ONLY FISH ANTIBIOTICS THAT ACTAULLY SENDS U A SEALED BOTTLE!!! Legit ! That other review is they don’t know what they are taking about they are legit and the best! I’ve tried 4 of them on line this one sends sealed real meds for your fish !

I made an order today. After not receiving the confirmation email, I started messaging. No responses and then I called. Their company phone number is DISCONNECTED. Don't order here.

I got a fraud alert from my bank when I tried to checkout. I got sus when they were taking so long to "contact my bank"... I was only trying to help a friend and now my card is blocked... grrr...

The ease of ordering and receiving this product was refreshing. Good quality product that helped me with the issues I was having with my aquarium. Will definitely use them in the future.

Fake contact information, phone number doesn't work, order never arrived, I paid $20 for expedited shipping. Order #2936 This was a VERY urgently needed item. They stole $51.98 at the holidays, I have to order this again, spend the money again, pay super expedited shipping now, but from a reputable company, wait for the medication to ship during the busy holidays while a cherished animal is suffering and in need. Shame on you. You can refund the item cost and shipping and should have to pay for my new order thanks to the delay in treatment caused by your negligence and dishonesty.
