My experience was very smooth. Jack was great in getting a sale sorted and then Roxy in particular was very communicative and helpful!

I have just purchased my first property through Hardisty, and the service was excellent. From my first viewing to collecting the keys, the process was efficient, and I always felt supported, which, as a first-time buyer, was incredibly helpful.

A particular shoutout to Roxy, she consistently kept me updated on how the purchase was progressing and was very approachable when answering my many questions.

Roxanne was really efficient, helpful and proactive. She made the buying process very straightforward. Thank you to her and Luke for their help.

I had a very disappointing experience with the mortgage adviser, Mark James, despite the estate agent Hardisty being excellent throughout.

Hardisty were professional, helpful, and made the property side of things smooth and stress-free. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the mortgage adviser.

Mark James came across as unprofessional and felt pressured by him , particularly when trying to push a life insurance policy that I decided to take out with another provider . When I declined the policy he sourced, his attitude changed noticeably. He made inappropriate comments such as “you’ve wasted my time” and “now I won’t get paid,” which I found both rude and unacceptable.

I would happily recommend Hardisty as an estate agent, but based on my experience, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with their in-house mortgage adviser.

I have used Hardistys both for previous property sales and lets. They have always provided a great professional service. We have just sold a property in Horsforth (after 2 previous buyers pulled out). I would like to especially thank Luke who has worked extremely hard for us from day one. Thank you.....and also Roxy who has kept us up to date with progression of sale without us having to chase. Communication and updates are key for sellers as it can be an incredibly stressful process and Hardisty have been great at this as well as the overall property sale service they provide.

We had tried to sell our property with a national chain agency for over a year with no success. We had a complicated situation and needed to sell from a distance, working remotely with our letting agents, builders, surveyors, solicitors, and the sales agency. We were jaded, tired, stressed and not enjoying the process at all. Then we tried Hardisty. It was a night and day experience. The team were kind, professional, responsive and proactive — all the things we had been missing. We were assigned to Roxanne Lilley — Roxy to her clients — through one failed sale and one successful one, and throughout both experiences she made it easier. We cannot recommend Roxy and Hardisty enough. If you have a property to sell, or are looking to buy in North or West Yorkshire, look at what Hardisty have to offer — they work hard, have your best interests at heart and make whatever the process is a better experience. We will be forever grateful.

House went on sale with Hardisty in January, over the process this was all very smooth, Ben and the team at the Horsforth Branch communicated well with us throughout the time the property was on the market and always positive, we had lots of viewing and had a buyer by end of March.
