Table tennis is rigged. They draw you in by letting you get on a small roll. The the rigged games start. Very unfair, and down right deceiving

They have software bugs that cheat you after you won, unless they are not bugs! Flaw does not pay a bet that ALREADY won when you try to refresh screen, they then claim it was cashed out AS IF the win had not already occurred.

Just stay away. Worst sports book in history. Customer service is absolutely USELESS. I've done next pitch bets that hit an they said lost. Deleted my account and tried to re-open it months later to robot customer service reps. Complete waste of time. Just another way of ripping people off. Stay away

This is by far the worst sports book. I used in my life in a month span I deposited over 20k/20 thousand with them. Today I made a bet paid 3600 they offer me cash out of 3167 I clicked cash out this shit gave me 35 dollars . I ask them to fix and rectify situation no one available to do now. Say my vip host will reach out to me , they did told me to text them and then no response from them again. Like a scam or pyramid scheme. Then spit in my face and offer me 50 bonus bet for the hassle

Terrible sportsbook F rating with BBB over 200 complaints couldn't find one in customers favor. They have a monopoly in Florida and a dozen other states so no incentive to be fair. Bet the Eagles to win SB and also the NFC CONFERENCE and they've marked the Conference bet as lost, I sent screenshot of bet and they sent pic of nfc final regular season saying Detroit won nfc conference and refuse to listen to any of the the proof I send that nfc conference winner is team tha goes to super bowl. Today Eagles play Washington for conference don't know what to do if Philly wins stay away from these crooks

account was suspended for no reason, customer service is non existent ,online chat is useless, only thing left is to file a complaint with the state of Fl.

They closed me the account without any reason. It’s three months that I call amd nobody answer and via e-mail they always answer via bot with the same words “I know it’s frustrating but we don’t know what happened, we are wprking to solve the problem”

the same thing happened to me. I bet on a table tennis player who had won two sets and was already winning the 3rd. When the game was over I went to see if they had already deposited the money and to my surprise the bet appeared as lost. how was it possible if the player I bet on had won 3 sets and the other only one. I wrote to HRB and they tell me that the result was different. and they sent me the link to a site with the result. In other words, they were giving false information all the time in their application so that bettors would mistakenly bet for the tennis player who was losing, because Hard Rock Bet was giving him as the winner by changing the result and the odds in real time. The answer they gave me was that they were not responsible for what they themselves showed in their application. Incredible. They give false information and change it at will to make people bet badly. I have the screenshot where it is clearly seen that they themselves gave the player that was losing as the winner.
another matter is they are showing in the app a ghost promotion. they said that if you deposit you are going to get your money back if you loose. then players are depositing and once they loose and claim the money back, HRB says that it only applies for new players. but if i am not a new player, and they know it, why they confuse me by writing that to me. they do that on purpose. at the end they trick you in so many ways and always they have an answer for everything but no real positive outcome for the bettors. so keep away from them. they are the only ones winning here.

0 stars….they are legally able to steal your money when they make a mistake with their odds. For example, I bet on a player that was up 2 sets to 0, odds were -700 for him. I bet on him and it shows he won. 3 sets to 1. But, they said they made a mistake and take no accountability.

I'm concerned about my experience with Hardrock bet. I was in Florida for a few days, so I set up an account with Hardrock bet. I already have at least 10 sportsbooks apps but, since the only one I could use was Hardrock bet, I signed up. They made the sign up process tedious, and then they requested my drivers license. After I immediately sent my DL, they never replied. I reached out to customer service via, and they never responded. Is this possible employee fraud? Im very concerned.

The app is completely inaccessable for sensible florida residents. The bar of location verification is so high it should be a crime. I can't use the desktop app, i can't use the mobile app. The app requires wifi which doesnt even seem to work for the purpose that they implemented it for. This company need sued for accessability concerns. If the govt can validate my status with paper so can you! The enshidification of tech products has gone too far. Please fix this. I talked to you guys today. Worst customer service ever. Completely unknowledgable. Your policies are so unclear, they dont even know it. Just read the chat logs. To me, this seems like a problem that goes all the way to the top. I need clear sensible statements on how to get the app or website working. I want a way to have consumers work around that when applicable. This system is a bastardized shadow of what is wrong in america, answering adversity with laziness and self preservation. To make an omlette, you got to crack a few eggs. To make a sportsbetting website, you got to just think of the absolute worst way to get somebody onboarded. I get it, its just WILD BRO.

With them you might lose your money before you lose your wager. Not only you can’t get a hold of the customer service and it takes forever for a simple stuff, but I had a moment when my deposit failed multiple times and 3 days later hard rock charges that amount from my bank and when I try to withdraw it gives me the error massage and ask to deposit 10 more dolors to unlock other payment method. it took me 2 hours to get to customer service with no results . I might be only online sports book in Florida, but it’s a headache and a half totally not worth it

Absolutely the worst customer service. I've been trying to get my account activated for over 2 weeks. Last year I gave up and used our family members account. And regardless of that there are limited betting options their parlays don't pay enough odds if you look at it closely you just beat each game on its own and you won't come out any different and a better chance of winning. As well there aren't prop bets it's just a shame for the guy who has the racket covered in Florida. I can guarantee I'm not the only person thinking this and as soon as somebody else comes in the market everyone's going to switch. If you have another option stay there
