I have traveled from Cornwall to have one to one training with Lilyana at Harley street elite academy. I have trained in four courses with them and the theory and practical training were both thorough and informative , lilyana and her colleagues were very friendly , and welcoming. Would highly recommend.

Harley Elite Academy is exceptional. Working along Dr Vourvachis you can see his remarkable experience and knowledge. The way he delivered the courses as well as his approach towards patients is an example to strive towards. The information provided was extremely valuable and the practical experience is incredible. I had a great experience as a delegate for HARLEY Elite Group based in London .I travelled from EU country to learned new skills about Regenerative Aesthetic Medicine Micro and Nano Fat Crafting. The Teatcher Surgeon Dr Michail Vourvachis was very informative and knowledgeable and you can see he is a professional in what he is doing, which really boost of my confidence. I highly recommend his classes for people like me who wants to study from the best in the business.

I have travelled from Cheshire to London to see Mr Vourvachis because I trusted him , great experience.great professional team and set up .consultations was very in dept and they care about what result I want .During procedure they so attentive and great bed side manner and caring .i did travel straight away to Cheshire my result is great not much down time and I have to say I had full face fat grafting very comfortable during treatment too, it was under local anaesthesia , and I didn’t have any pain .

Dr. Lilyanna Marks is, without a doubt, the best cosmetic doctor I’ve ever seen. I had a persistent issue in my under eye zone that no one else could resolve, despite multiple consultations elsewhere. Incredibly, Dr. Marks was able to fix it in just one visit, without even needing a full treatment session. Her expertise, precision, and care are truly unmatched. I couldn’t be more grateful and highly recommend her to anyone looking for real results from a doctor who genuinely knows what she’s doing.

Dr Michail changed my body and my life!!! I had surgery with him - 360 Lipo (thank god I did the back Lipo aswell as that’s my favourite bit!) with the fat transfer to the breasts and upper eye revision bleharoplasty. I am over the moon with my results and so so so glad I’ve done this. I wanted to lose lots of weight for my wedding and I thought, why not use the fat to increase my cup size so now I am permanently sculpted to be more hour glass shape! So happy !!!
I did lots of research about the best surgeons for fat transfer and decided to have a consultation with Dr Michail. The consultation was very in-depth. All my questions were answered and I knew he was the right surgeon for me. The after-care was incredible as well, and he was always at the end of the phone 24/7.
