Dr Soobramoney is not only an excellent physician but is also caring and compassionate.

Harley Street Psychiatrists, and Dr Soobramoney are extremely knowledgable, informative and accommodating and have offered a continuously high standard of service throughout my time with them. Any questions I provided are answered and thoroughly explained, in addition to my treatment being tailored to myself as an individual, which has massively improved my quality of life. Overall, I greatly recommend Harley street and Dr Soobramoney!

1 star — Avoid. A week later, still no prescription, and no one seems to care.
Absolutely shambolic experience. The name "Harley" had me assuming there was some genuine connection to Harley Street and the standard that name is supposed to represent — there isn't, and the service doesn't come close to it either.
It has now been a full week since my appointment, and I still don't have my prescription. Not delayed by a day or two — a full week, with nothing resolved. I've had to do all the chasing myself, bounced between Scotlink and their "affiliated" pharmacy, neither of which seems willing to take responsibility or actually fix the problem. Every contact has been a dead end — vague reassurances, no timeline, no accountability, no one actually owning the issue.
This isn't a minor inconvenience. This is a service that takes your money, books your appointment, and then leaves you without medication you need, with zero urgency on their end to sort it out. If you're relying on this for anything you actually need — which, presumably, is everyone who uses a prescribing service — think twice. A week of silence and buck-passing over something this basic tells you everything about how this operation is run.
Genuinely would not recommend. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

Rip off, unreliable. Go right to choose and avoid this lot. ADHD is a cash cow for them and so are the meds. Go to your GP and discuss the meds they offer- elvanse and ritaline probably.

The assessment is woolley, subjective and doesn't account for circumstance, life style. Could you stand still in a queue when younger....

Take it seriously as I have been assessed twice since this lot took close to 3k off of me and both second and third assessment categorically said I do not have ADHD.

Just greedy fee churning setup milking it off people who need proper care.

ADVICE:

Make sure you book with the right doctor. Some of the are completely unreliable and you will end up with a late prescription. Dr Ravinder Dagan as an example

Make sure if you're happy with your dosage and medication that you don't keep requesting meeting with your doctor. It's just excess cost. They can let you know the longest you can go without a review

Other than that, very good service. The right doctors are also good a reliable. Dr Eyim for example

I’ve had a very positive experience with my psychiatrist Prof Shankar He is knowledgeable, professional, and clearly experienced in ADHD assessment and medication management. Appointments are well-structured and focused, and I’ve always felt that decisions around treatment were made carefully and responsibly.
Communication has been clear and consistent, and I’ve felt supported throughout the review process. I would recommend this psychiatrist to anyone looking for a calm, professional, and clinically thorough approach to care.

If I could give zero stars I would!

After being diagnosed myself in my 40s of ADHD we decided to seek support for our 10yr old son who was placed on the NHS ADHD pathway, not wanting him to face the struggles I faced in my youth we sought support for a prompt diagnosis in order to support him.

Essentially we paid for 2 consultations to be told the information provided by school was not adequate. Therefore, a diagnosis could not be given, the solution - get him retested in a year or so!?!?!? This was challenged as a misdiagnosis as ADHD is not a virus which can be caught, either you have it or you don’t it doesn’t just develop. Additionally, had the information from school not been sufficient I would have hoped having paid privately someone would have contacted us to obtain a more thorough feedback form prior to the next appointment. Like many other both consultations where short the first by 20mins and the second by 15mins.

Essentially, we paid to be told by a Dr that school had not provided enough information. No support for my son, no answers and certainly zero compassion from the Dr Modupe Imasogie who actually told me my son would not remember the trauma of my mother passing at age 4 (working myself as a professional with children this was also challenged as children form memories from age 2.5yr) this was again minimised and shrugged off.

DO NOT USE - Absolutely disgusting scammers who have taken our money and done nothing for it. We are still yet to receive any type of report.

I booked an appointment two weeks in advance. At 9 pm the night before, I received a cancellation because they said they could not see payment confirmation from my side. I do not think it should be on the patient to chase their admin team to confirm something they should be able to track properly.

This is not a one-off. The same thing has happened three times already. Each time it is cancelled at the last minute, creating unnecessary stress and disruption, especially when you have arranged your schedule around it.

If you are considering this clinic, be aware the admin process is unreliable and communication is poor. I would not recommend based on my experience.

Harley psychiatrists had been extremely helpful with getting my ADHD diagnosis and deciding on the right treatment options like medication and finding the right dosage. Dr. Eyin has been so lovely in helping me with any questions or concerns I’ve had throughout the 2 years I have been with Harley Psychiatrists . I highly recommend to anyone who is looking to get a diagnosis or help with their ADHD.

Dr Soobramoney is exceptionally easy to engage with. She has a genuine capacity for active listening and a willingness to understand what I’m trying to say when I’m rambling. She genuinely considers my wellbeing, I feel safe and comfortable talking to her as she strikes a perfect balance between professionalism and friendliness,

Dr Parkinson was lovely and easy to talk to while being highly professional and efficient.

Been using Harley for the last 2 years - really simple and effective. Email monthly for a new prescription, or if you have any issues and need to see a doctor before next appointment.
Dr Soobramoney - if you have (or think you have) ADHD: try and get assigned to her. Always tries to solve any problems brought up, and is really easy to talk to (for the introverts among us!).

I'll save you time and money. Do not approach this online facade called a mental health clinic. THe repeat perscription alone after the diagnosis is close to GBP140 each month, in order to get repeat perscription you need to book an online appointment with a doctor for 20 min costing you an additional GBP245.
Their callcenter is a 3rd-party callcenter that only has a handbook of responses they are willing to give out on phone. The same callcenter also caters for other clients so it's not specific to mental health patients and is probably not even located in the UK. They won't even give out the name or contact details of the responsible clinic manager.

They are not even registered with the CQC!!!

If you think your child or you have ADHD or are on the spectrum and need a diagnosis go wait on the NHS. You'll pay these people through the teeth and never get anything. I have been through hell and the worst customer service I can possibly imagine.

Excellent communication throughout the process. Clinicians prepared ahead for appointments so didn’t have to repeat things. Appointments readily available so didn’t have to wait very long.
