No replies.
No help.
I would AVOID this is a total scam.

PLEASE don’t waste your money on this company! Read the genuine reviews which is the 1 stars! They take your money and don’t provide your products. They promise you the world and then lie! They have an excuse for everything! I’ve been waiting on the new branded products since 2025!! Complete waste of money. Worst of it all - they called me and bribed me to take my review down which I did on the promise of better customer service. What a LIE!! Please avoid

These people are crooks! Great at selling the course but all lies, over charged me by £800 for course then insisted I get all products on top for a further £1100 then didn’t get machine etc for over a month with various excuses, the products still have not appeared 3 months down the line. They now just ignore everything . I am having to go to court now to get money back. Training is online and awful. Do not spend your money with these crooks

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I paid £1,100 on 14 April and despite being repeatedly told my teeth whitening machine would arrive "next week", I still haven't received it. Every delay has been met with a different explanation, but no tracking information or proof of dispatch has ever been provided.

Communication was excellent until I made payment. After that, getting updates became extremely difficult. Calls often go unanswered once they know why I'm calling, emails go unanswered despite promises of a reply within 24 hours and my request for a refund has been refused.
The company relies on its terms to say you're paying for the online reading material only, while describing the essential equipment as "complimentary". Without the machine, I have been unable to complete the practical part of the course so basically £1,100 down the drain.

My experience has been very disappointing. I would not reccomend to anyone!!

I would strongly advise anyone considering Harley Street Smiles to proceed with caution.

I signed up with the company on 5 March 2026 after being promised ongoing business support, technical assistance, and business leads as part of the package. After making payment, my experience was extremely disappointing.

The goods themselves did not arrive for several weeks, and despite repeated attempts to contact the company by email and other channels, communication became increasingly difficult. More importantly, the ongoing support and leads that were a significant part of the reason I entered into the agreement were not provided.

I raised concerns directly with the company and also with the finance provider, but received little meaningful assistance. As a result, I have been forced to pursue a formal complaint and seek cancellation of the agreement.

My experience has been one of poor communication, unmet promises, and a lack of customer support after payment was taken.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Harley Street Smiles and would encourage prospective customers to carry out thorough due diligence before entering into any agreement with them.

Avoid at all costs. I signed up to do teeth whitening with them and felt pressured by Kerry into signing up with them over the phone, then staying on the line until the money was paid. I then felt pressured by Trinity into buying aftercare kits at a cost of £590 and almost 2 months after ordering them, they still haven’t arrived. I’ve chased numerous times and either had no response, or a one word ‘hello’ message from Trinity and nothing else. Then I emailed and manager Kirsty offered to send me unbranded kits in meantime, making excuses why the kits I ordered had never arrived. I declined the offer for unbranded kits and asked for a refund. I have since been ghosted. Do NOT sign up to train with this company.

I trained with Harley Street Smiles and had such a great experience. The team are incredibly professional, welcoming, and supportive from start to finish. The training was thorough and easy to follow, and I felt confident going into it. They also continue to offer support after training, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking to get into the industry.

Don’t choose this company , avoid at all cost .i had 2 experiences with this company and i am not having anymore to do with them . They even gave me a call when i gave them a bad review and asked me to delete the review which i did and again they did the same thing . I have ordered 600£ materials from them and i haven’t received them yet .They will find the worst excuses ever.
This is second time that’s happening. AVOID THESE SCAMMERS AT ALL COST .

Extremely welcoming team, made me feel comfortable from the minute I walked in. I have always been a little apprehensive about having my teeth whitened as I have very sensitive teeth, however, Trinity reassured me and the results were amazing! No sensitivity and fast noticeable results, I have had so many compliments and it has really increased my confidence.

Harley street Smile is one the best and most comfortable training processes I’ve ever been through. Would definitely recommend as a uni student they have been so flexible band understanding :)

I think this a great deal to get your teeth whitening business set up. Just nice and simple and straight forward and how you would want it. The lady that I spoke with in the Harley street smiles team was very helpful to give me the step by step help I needed to set up ! Couldn’t be more happy all reviews are great bare one review which I couldn’t believe why cuz it’s honestly great … Harley street smiles all the way 5 star !!!

If I could give this company zero, I would.

Harassed me no end into paying a deposit for the course they offer for teeth whitening. I figured why not, overall reviews are good. So I gave it a shot.

On payment completion, via the in -house payment option, I was refused any paperwork, no access to any account and mis-led in the fact that you need to pay it all upfront and then you can have the course and training. Something I wouldn’t have gone forward with if I’d been told this. Very much led to believe it would be sent to me and I’d start training that month.
Thankfully I kept all messages and voice notes from the deplorable woman I was speaking to.
I am now perusing a chargeback via my credit card company.
All offers of reconciliation and refund have been ignored. Tired of dealing with them.

Be aware.

Great course, great support, great results. Worth every penny.
