Enjoyed our journey with Martin who was professional informative and a helpful driver,The Queen Hotel Chester was easy accessible into town it was a very comfortable and clean hotel with good Quality and choice of food with excellent service from all the staff it also had beautiful displays of historical people and events throughout the hotel .
Lovely trip to Chester
Thanks for a lovely trip to Chester, Llandudno and Conwy. My first trip as a solo and all went well. Thanks to Billy for his unfailing good humour (even when more than half the coach park was taken up with contractor work in Llangollen) The hotel (Queens) in Chester was superb with helpful staff and plentiful well cooked food.
Thanks also to Linda in the office for all her help. I hope to be travelling again with you sometime.
Great trip lousy driver no reply from feedback
I had a lovely trip to Keukenhof and flower parade in Netherlands. BUT the driver was terrible got lost so we missed our seats at parade, he had no idea where to park or where we were to go at stops, just dumped us.
Hotel was one and half hours from activities so we spent hours on bus. Hotel itself was great.
Most annoying no responses to feedback.

Isle of skye and jacobite steam train.
Just back from a very enjoyable trip to the Isle of skye, everything was first class our driver chic was very knowledgeable and very helpful, the coach was clean and comfortable
(Bay coaches) our hotel the Caledonian was also first class and good food with entertainment on two nights and the steam train trip to mallaig was a great experience. All in all we had a great holiday and will be booking more holidays with harmony.
5 day Castles and Trains
Just returned from 5 day Castles and Trains of the Highlands trip. Driver Martin very good, excellent knowledge of the area and the history of places visited.
Carrbridge Hotel was lovely with spacious rooms, really good food, plenty of extra beverages, toiletries etc. The day trips were excellent. Everything was prearranged.

I was on a tour to Orkney last week we had a parks of Hamilton coach driven by Russel he was so attentive to all on board , pleasant and helpful the hotels in Newtonmore and in Kirkwall were both lovely ,spotless and good choices of food.We were more than fortunate to get Brian as our guide.a very proud Orkadian and a pleasure to listen to all his tales and information Thankyou for a great break

Did the oban mull tour April 22 after mull back toOban driver left us at qside had to walk back to hotel thru town almost late for dinner hotel overbooked saturday waited 1hour looked to be on the plate for that time we both left it driver never said a thing about leaving us and looked disinterested most of the time never again with this company

Just come back from castles and trains trip to Carrbridge, Excellent trip , hotel was clean and well equipped , really nice food ,helpful staff and Billy the coach driver was friendly and helpful, he went out of his way to make sure we were all happy. Will definitely book another trip
Orkney Islands Tour 24th April 2022
Big shout out first to our helpful, efficient and generally wonderful driver Sandy! Also to our knowledgeable, interesting and entertaining Orkney Tour guide Brian! Many thanks both. I also appreciated the updates from the office staff prior to departure. Seamless hassle free pick ups, stops and check-ins including special requests (except for the Carrbridge Hotel, where I would have requested a room change to one more accessible if there for more than the one night, not Harmonys' fault, food was still good and room big and clean). Dornoch and Ayre hotels big clean rooms, my opinion the views are worth the wee bit extra, and plenty of meal choice, we enjoyed everything we chose. A very good value for money trip and a great way to see The Orkneys. All in all a higher standard than I anticipated given the very reasonable cost.

I went on holiday to Newquay with this company last August,Beresford Hotel.Coach overnight stay and itinery all ok.then came Beresford very run down sent photos of room I had to sleep in first night did get moved second day.have been trying to get response from Harmony since September,2E-mails and countless phone calls all I get is we`re looking into it or someone will phone back nothing .E-mail were not even acknoledged although girl on phone assured me they were.Absoloutly no customer service take your money then couldn`t care less.Avoid this company

Went a holiday with this company last June 2021 to Isle of Wight. We stayed at the Broadway Park Hotel, Sandown. The bus we got was excellent and the driver was great. Our sleepover on the way down and back were also good. This is where the good parts finish. The Broadway Park Hotel was pretty run down, the rooms although in need of some serious TLC were clean and comfortable. The meals were mediocre and downright awful on some days. The bar ran out of the following on various nights. Guinness, Lager, Vodka, coke and Lemonade. On our first day there we were sitting at a paved area for drinks and I asked the waitress where the outdoor pool was ( this was one of the main reasons we booked). she said " you are sitting in it, it was filled in months ago, and it is now this paved area ". The excursions whilst we were there were good, and as I said the driver was great. We spoke to the driver every day and he told us he had been phoning Harmony Coach Holidays every day to let them Know about how poorly the hotel was dealing with all our concerns. On our return home I got in touch wth Harmony via their website, e-mail and once I even went to their office in Hamilton where I was told my complaint's were logged and someone in customer services would be in touch,,, seven months or more later still heard from no-one at Harmony. I went on to their Facebook page yesterday and left the comment below. Facebook comment,,,,, Just wondering why the Broadway Park Hotel, Sandown is no longer being used by your company,,,, Oh wait I've just remembered our holiday with yourselves last year to this hotel was a complete disaster. I have sent e-mails to your office, I sent comments to yourselves via your web site and I also visited your offices in Hamilton where I was told you would be in touch. Our Holiday was June 2021 and as of yet no response. Some people believe that if you ignore somebody long enough they will go away, I can assure you I will not. This comment was deleted by Harmony about 15 minutes later and they have blocked me from commenting further. All of this review as you may have noticed is not all bad, so you may be wondering why only one star. My one star review is is regarding the terrible customer service,,, I would actually have given zero stars but the Trustpilot site would not allow me. I think regarding customer complaints this company thinks if they ignore them they will go away gauged on my and the other reviews on here. Oh forgot to say the Hotel actually ran out of salt for the tables,,, yes you read right SALT.
Shocking behaviour by the owner.
We tried to book a trip with this company. I phoned and told them I had some questions as we’d never taken a bus holiday before. We also had concerns about reviews of some of the hotels they were using and were looking for some reassurance that the four star hotel we wanted was guaranteed not to be substituted. The owner, who spoke like a nightclub bouncer, went absolutely bonkers on the phone stating that they were coach holidays and we were banned from ever traveling with them.
We still keep receiving their very expensive brochures though.
Their shocking attitude looks like it’s being judged by the public and I can’t see this new start business lasting much longer.

Went with them to London shopping,got picked up from house there were 2 bookings leaving from my house,we 3 adults paid for taxi to pick up point,we had one taxi between us and told other taxi stuck at hospital,driver gave us £10 back and said there will be 2 taxis on way home,there was lne and no discount,Harmony have blocked my messages to them.
It was a long journey,12 hours,no radio,thought might be Christmas music but nothing.
Hotel was lovely,Hampton hilton,Royal park,one year old.
I asked driver night before winter wonderland in coach if l would have to book a slot for ice sculptors and was there a cost as it said on there website there was,but he assured the coach the ticket we got was to get in and all included with ticket,that was not true,we had to pay for everything and passangers queed in very long quee at sculptors to be told you need a ticket to get into them.
We only got a 2 1/2 hour in there by time we arrived at 7pm and we were getting picked up at 9:30 to return to hotel.
The food at hotel was not good,frozen heated up,and on day off leaving there was no eggs for breakfast,we were told they dident have any today,really!.
We were last to be dropped off so from Glasgow to Glenrothes the wifi was switched off and heating by the feel off things.
All the way home from London to Glenrothes there was no radio or music at all,very boring both ways.
I have contacted Harmony three different email addresses with no reply just message to say blocked.
Tip...Check trust pilot before booking.
Harmony coach to York
Harmony coach to York. 26/11 - 29/11. Outrageous pickups on this trip. We left Edinburgh at 8:30 arrived in park inn hotel York at 5:15!!!. We left York at 9:00 or expected arrival in Edinburgh 6:00 .!! Driver had to by law have 1hr rest after driving 4 hrs. Then another 45 mins stop.. Not drivers fault. Problem is you have East /West pickups on 1 bus. Shame on you Harmony you spoiled our York trip …( all passengers are disgusted by your itinerary..) Had we known we were on your bus pick-up route !! We would have driven 3hrs 30. Mins. Instead of 8 hr 30 mins ! Homeward total 9 hrs yuck.

still waiting for customer service to get back to me about my dreadful holiday on 23rd august.I have phoned and been told to put it in writing by email.which I have done 3 times.still nothing.All harmony want to do is take your money then leave you no matter what happens.the driver we had broke all the driving laws by not taking breaks at all.he wasnt pleasant at all.I am going to take it further and told them so and if I can bad mouth then to people to stop them from using haromy I will do so.Customer service non existing with them
Harmony Coach Holidays Highland Rail and Sail.
Just back from a Highland Rail and Sail with Harmony Coach Holidays. The trip was great from start to finish. Hotel good, food good some rooms needing an upgrade but spotless. The coach driver Scott was a breath of fresh air and his knowledge of the Highlands made the holiday. Great value for money with two train journeys and a sail down Loch Ness. Would definitely use this company again.

Once they have your money they don't care about you
My mum booked a holiday on Saturday 18th September to leave Friday 24th September. We believe no Insurance was offered as it was less than a week till the holiday. Sadly she passed away suddenly on Wednesday morning 22nd. We informed the company on 22nd and we were told to email it to them in writing and someone would get back to us.
Since then we have continually chased this up with very little response. We were looking to speak to someone about a partial refund as hotel and taxi's weren't used. When we did eventually get a response we were told that all hotel's are paid for 6 weeks prior to departure so they could not discuss a refund?? We have since wrote back stating the holiday was only booked 6 DAY'S before departure. At no time has this company given any condolences to our situation, they are ignoring any requests for someone to call us and they are just putting a standard reply to any email's we send without actually looking at the booking.
They didn't supply any terms & conditions or Cancellation policies and when payment was made there was no mention of cancellation policy? Most of there responses tell us to look at these??

Romantic Scottish train journey 13th of August
Romantic Scottish train journey was advertised to include 1 Glenfinnan viaduct Mallaig west highland line, 2 Kyle line and a visit to Plockton, 3 Strathspey steam railway Aviemore.The driver announced that we were not going to Glenfinnan due to work on the line story later changed to industrial action.We did not go to Plockton because our coach was too big and nearly missed our steam locomotive trip because Harmony had given our driver the wrong train times.Instead of the advertised excursions we were taken on endless shopping trips to kill time including a visit to Elgin.Upon returning home i sent an email to Harmony requesting a refund of the Glenfinnan train tickets which we had paid for in the holiday price.I also contacted Scotrail who informed me due to industrial action no trains were running on sunday 15th of August.The industrial action had started in June and they had notified all tour operators accordingly.Why did Harmony run this holiday over the weekend knowing they could not fulfill advertised Scotrail sunday train excursions?Why were Harmony passengers not notified in advance or the dates of this holiday not moved to mid week.My first email was sent to Harmony on the 17th of August and i am still waiting for a reply.The owner of Harmony claims to have over 30 years experience in this industry at a senior level.Harmony only seem to respond to the odd positive review no way to treat customers best avoided better coach holiday companys than this to deal .with,non existent customer service.Update 2 emails and a telephone call still no reply from Harmony 2 months after my initial complaint. Instead of saying they have passed your email onto customer services. They should be honest and say it's ended up in the bin we just ignore the many complaints we receive from dissatisfied customers.Reading other customer reviews this is Harmony coach holidays normal practice refer everything to a non existant customer services department.
