Terrible Customer Service
I booked in for the free design service on Saturday 9th November 2024. We met with Stacey who spent over 2 hours with us in the show room going over our upcoming renovation plans. We went through in detail our architect drawings which included the space for a new kitchen, bar area and utility. At the appointment, we had our 2 children with us, one of which was just a few months old so it was a lot to sit through keeping them entertained through the appointment but we continued knowing we should get a good gage of potential cost and a draft design. We followed up, at Stacey’s request with the measurements and plans on email so the draft kitchen design could be drawn up.
Since the appointment, we have been completely ignored by Stacey and her colleague Aaron. We sent emails on 17th December and again on 6th January asking for an update and if a draft copy of a design was available and they have both failed to respond to the emails. Having spent the afternoon going through the plans and hoping to see if a Harvey Jones kitchen was for us, it’s disappointing that the level of follow up and customer service failed to deliver. The reason for the review today is because I received another marketing email from Harvey Jones offering the free design service, and it prompted me to leave the review about our experience and the failed response and service from the team in Marlow.
We have since decided to move forward with a fully bespoke handmade kitchen, bar, utility, boot room and media room with another supplier.
