Annalisa was fabulous right from the moment I contacted Harvey Jones. She was so efficient, fun,responsive to every query I had, and followed up with all the different aspects of our refurbishment so that the whole process was easy, enjoyable and painless! The final result is such a joy, it feels like a new kitchen! Thanks to her input, attention to detail and efficiency, my husband and I can have daily pleasure in using the kitchen.

Harvey Jones installed a kitchen for me 20 years ago - still going strong - but was being repainted (for the second time since installing) and needed a refresh. I was looking for help choosing new handles, and a supply of new hinges, and a door front so we could install an integrated dishwasher (we had a freestanding one when installed). Annalisa in the Sheen branch was amazingly helpful. She gave me advice on handles - sent me photos of similar ones in their showroom -organised samples to be sent - and organised the supply of the chosen handles and other things. Even though I was just refreshing an existing kitchen, she could not have been more helpful - particularly as I am so disorganised, it all needed doing quickly!

I bought a Harvey Jones kitchen in 2014.

It has lasted very well and I have been happy with it. In 2025 we had to replace the kitchen floor which meant deinstalling the kitchen. I engaged Harvey Jones to refurbish the units and we tweaked the layout with some new units.

I am delighted with the result. It feels like a brand new kitchen. Annalisa in the Sheen office was fantastic. Brad deinstalled and reinstalled perfectly - and helped me with excellent advice about other jobs I was doing. The cabinet repair and repainting leaves them looking like new.

Not cheap. Worth every penny.

Overall we had a very positive experience with Harvey Jones East Sheen, who offer a high-end kitchen at upper mid-range prices. We approached them for a new kitchen and utility room, and lovely designer Jevon got what we wanted right from the start. Yes, there were quite a few glitches along the way, but these were dealt with quickly and professionally and all the staff were courteous and responsive throughout the project. Our fitter, Brad, was absolutely lovely, clearly very experienced and had amazing attention to detail, I would highly recommend him. The end result is a beautiful, top quality kitchen and utility room which we are thrilled with.

Annalisa was really helpful in making choices for the refurbishment of our Harvey Jones kitchen. First installed 20 years ago, it has now been refreshed with a new colour (thanks for the paintwork Tony!) and new handles making an altogether fresh look. It's great from a sustainability perspective to be able to revamp the kitchen in this way rather than having to rip it out and start again. Annalisa was very easy to talk to and she quickly developed an understanding of our approach and requirements. We’ve had a great experience refurbishing our inherited kitchen with Harvey Jones. Annalisa has been wonderful from start to finish, taking care of the whole project -and we’re absolutely delighted with the result. Everyone involved throughout has been superb.

We approached Annalisa in the summer to help us renovate our Harvey Jones kitchen, originally installed in 2010, It was complicated by having to remove and refit the island and its granite work top in order to replace the floor. The whole process was managed and executed fantastically well, with Annalisa keeping us informed at all stages of the works as to what was happening when. The work itself was of highest standard, with Brad doing the fitting and Scot the painting. We cannot recommend highly enough!

We are so happy with our beautiful kitchen. Jevon was a delight to deal with from the first meeting in the showroom to the finished product we really felt he was invested in our project. The design process was genuinely fun and we particularly liked that he was keen to make sure our kitchen was really practical as well as beautiful.

Harvey Jones provided my London kitchen over 25 years ago. They have just refurbished it replacing the work surface and adding an induction range cooker - it looks as new. Over the years, we’ve had four kitchens from Harvey Jones, all of which have been both beautiful and practical. Their surveyors have been extremely knowledgeable, not only about their cabinets, but also about such associated products as worktops, appliances, hardware, etc. They’ve combined this knowledge with remarkably clever design skills and a determination to spend as much time, and go to as much trouble, as necessary to give us exactly the kitchen we wanted. They’ve held our hands throughout and, together with their highly-skilled installers and painters, ensured a smooth and efficient process from beginning to end. After-care has been exemplary, not only in the speedy resolution of minor installation hiccups, but also later: when recently, some four years after one of our kitchens was installed, the pull-out bin drawer slipped slightly out of line, a technician appeared promptly to resolve the issue. I’d particularly like to mention Annalisa Dingle at the Sheen showroom, whose calm efficiency, skill and sense of humour made the recent production of a bespoke vanity unit to complement our existing kitchen appear misleadingly simple, and turned a chore into a pleasure.

We visited HJ when planning our kitchen renovation. Sarah, the designer, has been very helpful and informative and we found the process really enjoyable. We didn't go for a HJ kitchen in the end as the company's range didn't quite fit with what we were looking for so we cannot comment on the quality of the kitchen or installation, and this review is for the planning phase only.

After 13 years we decided to refurbish our Harvey Jones kitchen. The kitchen had survived incredibly well after A LOT of use over the years but we were having building work done and it made sense to do both together. We were very well looked after by Annalisa in the Sheen showroom and she couldn't have been more helpful. In the end part of the kitchen had to be removed temporarily by our builders (unplanned) and fortunately for us, Brad, a Harvey Jones fitter came and performed miracles fitting the kitchen units back into a slightly smaller area. We can't thank both Annalisa and Brad enough for leaving us with a lovely kitchen!

We contacted Harvey Jones to explore how we could retain and refurbish our 20 year old kitchen as we were removing a chimney breast and opening up the kitchen into a kitchen/diner. We were contacted by Annalisa in the Sheen office who was extremely helpful, responsive and creative in preparing detailed design options and a final solution that met our needs.
