Our old fridge broke on a Saturday, and we urgently needed a replacement. Because it is an integrated fridge, we were unsure about our options and needed expert advice. Although there were a few models available elsewhere, delivery times were over a week away.

On Sunday, we went to the Harvey Norman store in Carrickmines, where we spoke to Joseph Francis. He not only gave us brilliant advice, but also made sure the fridge was delivered by Tuesday morning. He even kept in touch afterwards to ensure everything was alright.

We are so happy that we didn't have to store our food in our neighbours’ houses for another week. Very good job and thank you for that!

I have long been a valued and loyal Harvey Norman brand ambassador, so much so that issues seldom, if ever, arise it has been one of the few reliable brands, but that bubble of trust has now ruptured.
I acquired a premium, high-value Honor Magic V5, and during my conversation with the sales associate, it was confirmed that should I wish to exchange this phone for a comparable device, Harvey Norman would accept it as a trade-in. I was astonished when directed to Lovetech, located on the opposite side of HN. The individual I conferred with was a manager; he examined my phone, navigated to its "about" section, noted the IMEI number, and we discussed Honor never on e did he mention an issue with Honor. He proceeded to use the computer, and despite several misspellings of "Honor," despite Harvey Norman Carrickmines having a good range of Honor phones to cater to all preferences, he subsequently informed me that Harvey Norman does not accept Honor devices for trade-in (I intended to transition to a Samsung Fold 7)!!!!. I reiterated my prior discussion with the sales associate and emphasised that the trade-in promotion and service are prominently displayed within the store. I am profoundly disillusioned by this misrepresentation in an establishment I have relied upon for numerous years; that confidence has now evaporated. Such a shame, off to PC Currys with all our trade and they were delighted to help.

I had a great experience with my recent order. The website was easy to navigate, and the customer service team was very helpful.

One of the items delivered was a mirror. On inspection, without removing the bubble wrap, a large crack was seen running right across the mirror.

Purchasing online was hassle free. Website was good. Best price for my mobile phone purchase that I could find. Recommend checking them out.

It all went according to plan. Arrived at time delivery guys said. Assembled it and took away all wrappings. So mannerly the 2men and no problem with Harvey Norman this time or the past deliveries.

Nedus and Mindy were an excellent delivery team. Arriving when they promised, having given me notice well in advance. They removed the old fridge, unpacked and took away all packaging from the new fridge. As they did not have to remove the doors, they wrote confirmation of a refund I'm due, having paid for unnecessary work. Very impressive service from these guys.

I bought a dining table set with chairs which was gorgeous and fairly priced. The delivery and assembly service was impeccable. The post-sale experience from the shop, however, was unfortunately not uncommon. Mentioned in conversation to the sales person some of my circumstances (live on my own) and they simply felt entitled to get the phone number on my file to text me on whatsapp after hours, to “offer help”, followed by “good morning” texts and after delivery to “send him a picture of it”. When I didn’t reply, he deleted texts and activated “disappearing messages”, so evidence vanishes. I blocked the number since. Person was friendly but this behaviour was unacceptable, since it made me uncomfortable to reprimand, for fear of future retaliation. After all, he also has access to my full address. All I wanted was a table, which I am very happy with!
