Harvey Norman looked after me in the shop. They couldn't have been more helpful. It was delivered on time and the crew phoned me numerous times to let me know when they would be there. They took away my old sofa and assembled my new one in minutes. I couldn't fault them

It took 5 mins of asking for help for someone to be available. Then the cashier was on her phone. I had to ask her twice to get her attention to pay for my item

Team who came to deliver my bed were…efficient and friendly
Team who came to deliver my bed were efficient and friendly. They arrived on time and even called 10 minutes before they arrived to make sure I was at the house. They put the bed together and spent time explaining everything to me. They were very careful of the walls in my new house which I appreciated. Couldn't fault them and they certainly represented HN very well.

I purchased both a fridge and dryer from Harvey Norman and from the staff in store to the delivery staff, the experience was fantastic. Daniel and James arrived today and they were so helpful, friendly and had amazing personalities which made the overall experience so easy. I have never experienced such amazing customer service. Got a text day before my delivery to say couch would be delivered between 10 and 12. Got a call the next morning to confirm again amd item delivered by 2 lovely guys at 10 sharp. They were very courteous and did a great job. Well Done Harvey Norman!!!!
