Llegaron rápido pese al confinamiento! Cómodas y preciosas!

Hoy estrené mis huaraches ... llegaron la semana pasada, son cómodas, aún tengo que domarlas para que se adapten al pie, al ser piel la taloneras son fuertes..
El trato del personal muy bueno, ps tuve que hacer una devolución por error personal, en la elección d la talla, me indicaron como hacerlo sin problema, tb me hicieron la devolución del importe.

En cuanto al envío, aprox 15 días como indican en la web, a pesar de que España está en Estado d Alarma, desde marzo...

Precio;muy razonable para un zapato de piel y artesanal.

Muy satisfecha con el producto y la atención del equipo que está detrás de esta marca, a pesar de las circunstancias se preocupan por el cliente. La calidad y el mimo con el que están hechos los zapatos es visible a simple vista. Muy agradecida y contenta con la compra. Volveré a adquirir otro producto HASEL , lo recomiendo.

Estoy encantada con mis sandalias!! Son muy cómodas y agradables a la piel.

Por otro lado, el trato que recibí en relación a mis dudas fue fantástico, me respondieron a todo rápidamente y de forma amable. Apenas se encuentra este trato en empresas online.

En cuanto a la entrega la verdad es que fue muy rápida, no esperaba el paquete ya que por la situación que estamos pasando me indicaron que llegaría en unos 10-15 días. Me hizo mucha ilusión recibirlas!!!

My beautiful 2 pairs of Mexican sandals arrived im Barcelona 5 days after buying them. In perfect conditiions, great quality, ultra comfortables and amazing colours (I bought the golden and the caramels) . I would buy again for sure =) . THanks for bringing latinamerican and such a great and cultural product to the rest of the world!!

Hace tiempo que quería comprar unas sandalias de esta marca, pero había leído malas críticas cuando se llamaban Hinia. Después de que cambiasen el nombre a Haselbrand y leer bastante sobre los envíos, me decidí a realizar un pedido. Ha tardado en llegar 20 días, pero amablemente me avisaron por email del retraso, debido al Covid-19 y la verdad es que ha valido la pena la espera. El envío a Mallorca es de 12€ (un poco excesivo), pero compensa con el precio de las huaraches y lo bonitas y cómodas que son. Mi experiencia ha sido buena así que volveré a pedir.

Recibí ayer mis sandalias y me encantan. Son muy cómodas y se nota que los materiales son de calidad.
La atención al cliente es muy buena, están siempre atentas a cualquier duda o sugerencia.
Repetiré!

I’m so happy with my purchase! I ordered a pair of shoes and they arrived quickly and were perfect.
The leather is of excellent quality and the colors are beautiful. For sure I will make another order for my mother and sister cause is an excellent gift for this summer.

He comprado un modelo glad honey hace una semanas y me sorprendió lo rápido que llegaron, además resultaron ser super cómodas e iguales a las fotografías. Definitivamente se han ganado una clienta y ya tengo visto el próximo modelo que pediré.

Una atención increíble, súper atentos a cualquier duda o sugerencia que necesites. El pedido llego súper rápido. Hice un pedido de dos pares para mi madre y para mi, llevamos utilizándolas más de un mes y son muy cómodas, están como nuevas. Material resistente. Voy a repetir de nuevo.

My girlfriend just received the pair today and she's so happy. Once you have it in your hands you can actually feel the quality of the leather. I was a bit concern about the fitting but they seem surprisingly confy.

I'm in love with my new shoes! They are very comfortable and really good quality. The service was great too. I made my order during the quarantine and got my shoes in about a week, which was perfectly within the time of delivery stated when I placed my order. Also, they answered my messages really fast. You can also follow your order with a code.
As many wrote here about Hinia brand, I want to mention that I used to be their client too. And I didn't have any problems, but the difference is that Hasel brand's quality seems to be better and the sizes are more precise. ( In Hinia brand I needed 1 size bigger). So you can order your usual number.I don't know if they're the same shop or not and it doesn't really bother me as I got a great service and an amazing product. I was happy to see that I can order this type of shoes again and I will make another order for sure. Hope they won't disappear ;)

Amazing shoes! Good quality for reasonable price, very comfy & well done! Plus, the customer service is awesome; you can get in touch with them anytime and they'll answer really quick. Something really nice about this brand is its transparency since you can see the shoes being made in Mexico through their instagram story. I recommand!

Puedo asegurar que no se trata de ninguna página falsa, he comprado y seguiré comprándoles, son muy amables con los clientes y además los envíos llegan pronto.
