My review is Customer Service alone. Terrible. It took forever to get my order and when I finally received it, it was missing one of three items that I was already charged for. I tried to contact them, sent an email and it said 5 to 7 business days for a response. I tried to phone them and they don’t offer phone support. They direct you to the email. This is my first purchase and it will be my last. I honestly don’t care how good the product is if the Customer Service isn’t there, neither am I.

Customer service is almost nonexistent. I emailed numerous times regarding my order with no response to my first 3 emails. My order was in transit for 3 weeks, came to my state and then was returned to them because they messed up the address. There is no way to speak to a person. Nothing was offered to make it right until I complained. I had to tell them to issue a refund or I was going to dispute it with my CC since I NEVER RECEIVED IT. I will NEVER order from this company again. An absolutely horrible way to run a business. Lady Gaga should be ashamed that her name is tied to this. Yuck. Zero stars.

I saw the rose matte lip crayon on IG and it looked like the perfect color. It is not cheap so it took me a while, but I finally ordered it. It is a bit darker than it looked on Lady G and the models, but it’s still a great color. Stays on for quite a while and doesn’t make my lips peel like some matte lipsticks do.
I really wanted to try the foundation but the online shade finder chose 175 which I knew was way too peachy for me. Fortunately I got a free foundation sample card with the lip crayon order. Shade 200 on the sample card was perfect. I was excited because I really liked how the foundation looks - it’s not heavy and seems to blend into the skin. It almost looked like I had no makeup on at all but it evened out my skin tone. But after two days of wearing the sample, my face broke out on one side. After day three I broke out on the other side. I was bummed because I had planned on ordering it. I read another reviewer say that the arnica in it can cause an allergic reaction since it’s in the ragweed family. I am thinking that may have caused the breakouts. I use arnica on sore joints and muscles but have never used it on my face.

I stopped wearing make up during the pandemic because it grossed me out to have a face full of make up under a mask all day. I am no longer required to wear a mask at work and have bought 5 different foundations thus far. All were disappointing until now! I love this!! Thank you

Very disappointed in this expensive, highly touted Haus Labs Triclone Skin Tech foundation. I purchased shade 40 fair. Color match ok, not the very best but jeepers the foundation looks terrible, it shows every crack and wrinkle on my face. It looks dry on my face even though my face was moisturized plenty before application. Horrible look. Will not use again. Now using Nars light reflecting foundation with much better results.

Really disappointed in the description and overall color of the Atomic Shake lip lacquer (rosewood) which went on much darker than it looked. It also has a nail Polish smell to it.

The Le monster lip crayon is rose matte was exactly as described.

I got my foundation and it was the wrong shade. The customer service person who help me was amazing. She shipped a new color out and I didn’t have to return the old bottle.

I'm completely shocked.. yesterday I placed an order on the website, for the foundation and a lacquer, the order hasn't still been dispatched and yet there are already problems!

I used their shade finder to choose the foundation color, after a few hours though, I've seen a YouTube video, to discovered horrified that that shade was way too light for me!

Than, trusting more my usual shade-finder, I checked saw the order was still unfulfilled, and ask their Customer service to change the shade in the order.

This morning I found out they answered telling me that even a second after the order has been placed is no longer possible to make any change... how is that even possible?! They clearly aren't even trying to..

They told me to make a return after receiving the parcel, not even caring of taking a look at the country I was writing from, outside the States in fact, return is not free, although for some reasons we pay everything at least 10$ more than the original prices.

Changing the shade before the order is dispatched would just require a pair of emails, but the company still prefer to make the customers wasting their money, and with these prices, we're not talking cents here.

Worst experience ever, I won't order again, and I'll make sure to dispute the order.

I was so excited about buying foundation from Haus Labs, I used their on line foundation match to get my foundation shade matched to a Bobbi Brown foundation which is an exact match to my skin.

I was horrified when my recommended foundation arrived, it was at least 3-4 shades too light. What a disappointment!

I emailed Haus Labs to tell them about my mis-matched foundation and it’s been a week and I have heard nothing back. Terrible customer service and a total waste of money.

As much as I like Lady GaGa & and believe in her integrity I am disappointed in the lip lacquer. It dies not stay on any longer than the products I have been using. It is not inexpensive and much to my surprise when my hand accidentally turned over it spilled out all over my sink. WOW what a shocker and yes I had shaken even longer than suggested. So as much as I wish her and her company well I will not be purchasing any more products

Honestly i've used foundation from pretty much every big beauty brand you can think of and this is hands down the winner! Great buildable coverage, extensive skin tones to match perfectly, not oily or drying and applies perfectly even without primer! I won't use any other foundation from now on...

Twee kleuren van lady gaga lip laquer besteld: sepia shine en rose shine.
Beide kleuren lijken totaal niet op hetgeen op de site staat. Echt een desillusie!
De rose shine blijkt oranje en de sepia shine licht oranje. Deze laatste heb ik niet eens gebruikt omdat aan de verpakking al te zien is dat de kleur veel te licht is.
Een ware tegenvaller! Doodzonde van het geld!!

I recently had to contact Haus Labs after an issue with the delivery company which I couldn't resolve myself. The customer service was second to none. Prompt, polite and down right amazing. First order so can't comment on product but if it's anything like their customer service, I'll be over the moon!!!!

Good quality, came in reasonable time.

I love haus laboratories. I originally bought this products because I'm a dan and wanted to support Lady Gaga. But when I got them, I realized that it was the best thing that happened to me. I'm in love. Packaging. Container. The product itself. Perfect.
