I got scammed just like all the other reviews here say (I didn't check until I saw the shipping direct from China - my bad!). Bad product - I did a water test with 1 tsp. of water (they say their leakproof underwear can hold up to 8 tsp) and the fabric stayed soaking wet. When I asked for a refund, they pulled the same line about it being ineligible because it was on sale. Here's what I discovered - there are NO legal terms posted anywhere on the Haven website, and nothing is revealed when you place an order. To even find their "terms" I had to use AI to uncover them on the Shopify site. Even then, they don't say promotional items are not eligible, but they do have other contradictory points like "unopened items only) even though the consumer facing website CLEARLY promises that you can wear, wash and still return. But this is clear FRAUD (not disclosing terms) and I encourage people to fight back. I'm disputing the charge with my bank, but I have also filed fraud alerts with Shopify and the FTC. Don't let them get away with this - it's too easy to say "lesson learned" and move on. I'm not doing that anymore.

This company sent a product that was not as pictured on their website. I was very disappointed in what I saw when I opened the package. There was no absorbent layers and the material was not cotton, but cheap nylon. I cannot return the items due to a return policy limiting returns to only 14 days from purchase. The package did not arrive within that designated time frame. I would not recommend purchasing the incontinence underwear.

After relentless ads, I ordered from this company. Underwear is inferior to what I have been wearing for years from Everdries. Don't waste your money like I did.

This.company said they would give refund if unhappy with their product. That is. Lie! They tell you that it was a sale and that they neither refund or take returns! TOTALLY FRAUD COMPANY,

Ordered 3 pair @44.95 no mention they were on sale. They did not work out for me and emailed them and asked for the procedure for returning. No questions asked gaurantee is BULL. They said they could not be returned because the were on sale. They were not. They offered me 20% refund I won't hold my breath. Terrible customer service.

They say they refund or replace their merchandise. Well I ordered underwear. They said because it was a sale they would do neither. Please do not buy from them! This is why I am not ordering anything else else from the internet. Please beware!

They do not honor their 100% guarantee!!! My order was not the right size and I only want to exchange them but they would not nor would they give me my money back. I exchanged many emails to no avail!!!! Do not buy from this entity!!!!!!!!

They do not honor their highly advertised 60 refund policy. When not satisfied with the product, they claim it is not available because you purchased on a special offer. All of the products are always on special offer and it is not made clear when you order that it does not apply. They process via Paypal friends and family so there is no recourse there either. Product is not at all what is shown on website photos.

The leakage control was pitiful. Once there was a leak issue, the product stayed damp against the skin and an odor developed. The top of them wanted to roll down, which caused discomfort along with the dampness. Contacted the company, and they only offered a 30% discount with a future purchase. The site offers a 60 day wash and wear risk free guarantee. This is not risk free, lol. I'm out of the money for the purchase and they are forcing me to make a future purchase to get the discount. Very displeased and irritated!!

If i could give a minus score I would. Their product is inferior and their 60 day money back guarantee, "no questions asked" does not exist. I requested a refund on delivery as I could see these are a cheap knock off or Everdries.
Seemingly ths advertised 60 day guarantee doesn't apply to the "special deal" price they advertise, despite it being quoted on every deal package advertised.
I will be apllying for a Chargeback from my credit card company.

Like the other reviewers, I am a victim of false advertising, having been promised a 60 day full refund period if I wasn't satisfied with the product. When I contacted the company, which also does business under the name Trendy Teddys LLC, based in Wyoming [that's who the payment was made to], I was also told that I had purchased during a special 'all sales are final' campaign. They offered me a 30% discount on a future purchase and a 20% refund, despite my showing them a screenshot of the ad I ordered from that clearly stated the 60 day refund guarantee on every page. I have reported the company to PayPal to try and obtain my refund.

Don't waste your money on this site. Don't believe the 60 day guarantee and easy return policy. I ordered 2 sizes larger than my usual as per comments that they are on the smaller side. Well, I should have ordered 4 sizes higher and even then I don't think the sizing would be correct. Also, there is a "crinkling" sound on the absorbent layer of the underwear. I'm not at all satisfied and upon writing them they will not take returns because I bought them on sale. Although there is no mention anywhere on the site. They did offer me 30% off my next purchase. Why would I buy more of unsatisfactory product!! Please save your time and money. UPDATE: Haven has tried to satisfy me with savings on a new purchase and savings on purchase I've received that I'm not happy with. I'll give them an extra star for attempting to satisfy me BUT they definitely should be clearer on their site.

Ordered, received, product didn't fit. I did a overlay comparison to different company (Vera Cares) and they were the same size only marked a size larger, otherwise the underwear were identical. When I contacted the company for their 60-day no questions asked return, best they could offer was a 30% discount on another order. SCAM! Dishonest Marketing!

I purchased leakproof underwear from this company. Plastered all over their website is their 60 day, no questions asked refund guarantee. The underwear do not meet the promises the website and ads make - they feel wet from the slightest leak and don't hold nearly the amount they claim.
I did not go looking for a sale, I just chose the product I wanted and it popped up with the price crossed out an a sale price listed. Now that I want a refund, they are claiming the products were "final sale" and are refusing. I'm challenging them on my credit card. THEY ARE A RIPOFF

FALSE advertising. I ordered, based on their website's "risk free" policy. Their website states that if they don't fit or any other issue, Haven will make it right. I wanted to return. They say their return policy does not apply because it was a promotional ad. Aren't all ads on facebook promotional? anyway, they refuse to refund or resend items. As for the panties themselves, nothing special about them. They feel nice but as far as absorbability, I have bought many others brands that are better, and for less money.

Everything on the web pages say 60 day return, i was ordering and the order went through for the wrong size, i tried to correct it, emailed the support address, got nothing in reply. So when it arrived, wrong size, i tried to return. Even though the SALE page showed 60 day return, they refused, offered me a 30% discount.
