Only giving one star as this is the lowest rating, I would give 0. My mother bought a pair of shoes which were described as comfortable, but they arrived with a hard plastic sole, completely unwearable. They refuse to provide a return label or Irish address to return to. They offer part of order cash back. If you have this experience do not accept this, initate a charge back. They are not adhering to Irish Consumer Law.

This company is NOT based in Dublin
Don’t buy anything from them as they will not refund you. They give all types of excuses. The products are not like they are advertised. They arrived in a plastic bag from China. They will not refund or answer emails either ☹️

Chinese scam - no return policy in place except for some nonsense discount off more sub quality goods from their website . Not an Irish website or company . AVOID AVOID AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Also - trust pilot should have a zero star option especially for scams like this - preying on the elderly

TOTAL SCAM. This website is very clever at giving the impression that this is a Dublin based store that sells quality merchandise.
Nothing could be further from the truth. Its a storefront for cheap chinese crap that you could buy for a fraction of the price on Temu or Shein.

I ordered two pairs of shoes size 11. They finally arrived after a long wait wrapped in a light weight plastic bag. I quickly discovered that there was no way that I could get my feet into them, although the correct length for a size 11, they were far too narrow. I made the mistake of ordering from a company that advertised on Facebook. I will NEVER do that again. Over expensive Chinese junk. I don't intend to even try to return them, I will write the cost of them off. They will end up in the bin where they deserve to be.

Guys do NOT order from this company. It is literally stuff from Shein.
I cant believe I was fooled. The money I spent on a bikini that was clearly from Shein or Temu and a Co Ord, both look nothing like photo in website.
Alarm bells rang when it was talking so long for me to receive my order and then when I started tracking it I could see it was in customs etc.
And finally after 4 weeks when I received my order, there are no tags on the clothing, 100pc same packaging as Shein etc.

I ordered a pair of shoes from hated and Porter. But as yet there is no sign of the items. They have no contact telephone number and although they sent me a tracking number for the item. When I track it from their website, it says it is with the delivery company. But when I check with the delivery company they have not received it.
This seems to be a fake, dodgy, scam

Quality is just cheap and shoddy and nothing like the product I thought I was buying.
Sizes were completely wrong and unfit to use.
Delivery took ages to arrive.

Would rate as zero if I could. Complete scam website. Trying to get a return address is impossible as they won’t provide one and keep making excuses. Don’t order from them unless you want to be scammed with no possibility to return

Ordered sandals July 7th arrived 23rd. Bad quality and now cannot the address to return and get refund. They refuse to give me an address to return to. Emails are from AI assistant. Bought from Dublin website but delivery was from Asia or somewhere else. Customs were mentioned in email. NEVER AGAIN WILL I DEAL WITH HAYES AND PORTER.THEY ARE THE WORST EVER.

I ordered a pair of slip on shoes on the 2nd of July and they arrived today 21st. 19 days to come from Dublin to Cork,I did however get a series of emails from them telling me that my order is on the way and is nearly to me,eventually i sent them an email on the 17th telling them I was a bit annoyed about the delay. they replied that my order was nearly to me as the tracker said 95% this came from a girl im assuming as she signed it "with love from Ava" what arrived was the cheapest of cheap rubbish that you could buy on other sites for a fraction of the price i paid. I purchased these as i taught this was an irish company selling good quality shoes , NOT SO, this to me is someone buying cheap goods and marketing them as top quality,????. the shoes that arrived do not even look like the shoes i ordered .I ordered a pair of Ruari slip on shoes and what arrived totally different .
So my advice is please reconsider alternatives before you place an order with this poor effort at a quality online store.

I bought a cardigan,first time to buy on line,when I didn't receive a confirmation email,I purchased a second time
I emailed company thinking it was a scam site,not expecting reply and accepting this is what happens when you purchase on line without checking site
4 days later I got reply from Eva
Email in spam
Eva kept in touch until cardigan was delivered,and I was refunded
I got the best service from this company

Scam company not located anywhere in ireland ,unfortunately I bought shoes that don't exist

Although labelled "L" the buttoned front barely got past my armpits!

Disbelief that anybody would pay over 100 Euro (before Discount) for this product.

The organisation seems to have "borrowed" the name of a music duo as one of their trade names!!!

Total rip off .

Would cost more than discounted price to return the item to China.

Do Not Buy from this website. It doesn't exist and is fake. Has a similar name to another Fake website called Ellis and Porter. There's no Real contact information on the website. No location address. The email isn't the same as the company, it's a random person with the location of Toronto included. Hayes and Porter says it's from Dublin, but on another part of the website it stupidly says CANADA. The prices with discounts are too good to be true. The opening times are also wrong. Shoddy work from a shoddy scumbag. Screw You for trying to trick people! Fake websites are unfortunately a plague nowdays.
